The location was nice on sea front
I didn't sleep all night due to hearing the rafters in the loft constantly squeaking all night due to being windy and the bed was uncomfortable and areas of the room needs attention eg gap around light switch, holes in wall near window, damage to wall paper and one of windows wouldn't open
I did email the hotel with an official complaint but no reply despite chasing.

The rooms was spacious and comfortable with view of the beach.
Arrived late in evening so unfortunately could use restaurant for evening meal, but plenty of restaurants in the town just a walk away.
The breakfast was a lovely cooked breakfast serviced by friendly staff.
Our stay was not long enough and didnt get chance to try the evening meal.

Breakfast was lovely overlooking beach.
Room was tired looking and cobwebs.
Great location, free parking, 10 minutes walk to shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is superb, great choice of drinks in the bar. Hotel is currently being refurbished, our room was really comfortable with a great sea view. Would definitely stay here again. 😎😎

A lovely location on the West Shore, close to the Tram station, Orme walks on the doorstep. It has a great bar and restaurant with outdoor area. The rooms are clean and comfortable some with views over the bay.
