Great hotel for single visitor or family. WiFi and internet connectivity is an issue that I have noticed on two separate visits that they still have to work on.

The best thing about Eefa hotel is the staff. Restaurant staff showed warmth and concern. Reception staff anticipated our request as soon as they could. The staff did try to assist us with whatever resources they had available.
Starting with the room's floor and walls, there was spilt gravy on the dining table and the floor underneath around the couch area. The sink contained brown water (we didn't shower or brush our teeth, using bottled water instead). The pot and pot lid had dried fungus stains. The pillows were stained and dirty despite having white pillowcases. The curtains did not have blinders, so we were forced to wake up by 6.00 am. The TV had no entertainment channels except for some regional language channels. The carpets were not vacuumed, as they used a cloth broom to sweep the room. The floor was mopped with an old and dirty mop. I called the staff a couple of times to clean, and they promptly assisted. The pictures on Booking.com and other websites are completely misleading. I stayed in and booked many hotels, but this was the worst. Zero maintenance. Zero value for money.
