Pros:

Zuerst gab es Probleme bei der Buchung - anstatt bestätigten 2 Doppelzimmern mussten wir in einem 3 Bett Zimmer für 2 Nächte übernachten, dann bekamen wir aber 2 Zimmer und einen Preisnachlass. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, den Fehler gut zu machen 😉
Hervorzuheben ist das großartige Frühstück!

Pros:

What an amazing hotel!!
From check in, to breakfast, to the quality of the room and the location, everything was outstanding! For the price, you really cannot get a better standard of hotel. They were so kind and eager to impress and look after you. It was an amazing hotel which I would have loved to stay at longer!

Cons:

The cleanliness of the swimming pool. Unfortunately, it did not look so clean the water.

Rapport qualité prix correct proche de la plage et vie nocturne aux alentours pour 1ou2 nuit cela est parfait

Petit Déjeuner, horaires restreints, manque d’offre et Bruyant chambre un poil à l’étroit.Malheureusement nous avions une chambre face aux travaux donc pas de vue possible

Would’ve preferred to sleep in a dorm room
Cons:

We stayed on the top level just below the rooftop pool. There is absolutely no soundproofing so we were woken up at 5am every morning for 3 days by the family in multiple rooms on the same floor getting ready with all their doors open, yelling at each other down the hallway, playing music, knocking aggressively on closed doors and yelling through them etc etc for 3 hours every morning. We could hear the children screaming in the pool above us early in the morning and late at night. Practically had no sleep for 3 days and really affected our trip in Da Nang as we spent much of our days trying to catch up on sleep. The first morning we called reception (as the family did not speak English) asking them to ask the family to be quieter as it was 5am, we watched the staff member come upstairs and barely speak to one person before leaving and the family continued to be rudely loud and disruptive. The next morning we tried to ask them to be more considerate ourselves but they did not. We also tried to speak to reception again in person that morning but were met with complete indifference. This hotel was meant to be a bit of a treat for us and we genuinely have slept better in a 24 bed dorm.

Stay was alright.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The place was a little tight for 3 people, otherwise ok.
Construction work starts at 7 during the 2 days we stayed there. Wakes us up too early.
