Pros:

Check in was weird - the office is on the property's 2nd or 3rd floor but when you arrive that's not made clear at all. Signs I think are in Malay, but they'd do well to put them in English as well.

Staff was wonderful, but English was limited and those staying here who don't speak Malay will be in rough shape if they come to hike since the staff don't really speak enough English to help out backpackers.

Wifi was awful, nonexistant. This needs to be fixed.

Hotel was quiet, food that I ordered was great. Cannot understate the effort to which the staff went to help. The people here are wonderful. Even the property cats are great!

Dirty and old, I don't recommend it. There's must be better hotels in Tanah Rata

Pros:

Pros: spacious unit,separate living room & bedroom. quiet area. fast check in
Cons: water heater not working. wifi got problem, not working. A LOT OF STAIRS, not suitable for elderly or for long term stay.

It is ok if you want to stay for 1 night.
