Pros:

Bokade 3 nätter men när vi kom till platsen var det endast halva byggnaden som var färdigbyggt och hotellet var stängt. De bara skrattade lite när vi försökte förklara att vi bokat och redan betalat allt. De svarade inte på telefon eller Mail. Vi fick hitta nytt boende till slut och fick en värdecheck till ett nytt hotell av hotels.com

Great location, very friendly staff
Pros:

After some technical difficulties and a bit of miscommunication, the hotel manager, Kasun, really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had an excellent time during our short stay at his hotel.

Transfert dans un autre hôtel ...
Pros:

La personne qui nous a accueilli n'a pas été surprise de notre réaction quand nous avons refusé la chambre, sans fenêtre. Immédiatement, elle nous a proposé une chambre dans un autre hôtel (même propriétaire apparemment) à 1,3 km, en bord de mer. Tout s'est ensuite bien passé.
