Pros:

Getting to the hotel was a challeng, parking is tight. The staff needs some hospitality lessons. The room was dirty, the view was not good. Not good value for money.

Pros:

Photos on the website are likely several years old - as property quality was not as expected. However, the staff service was beyond expectations - helpful, polite and keen to ensure a wonderful experience. Excellent location if you want proximity to central Amritsar. Evening meals were also excellent!
