J’ai passé un excellent petit séjour l’appartement duplex était super bien équipé propre et calme. Personnels très sympathiques je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
Nice and clean, great front desk staff, free parking. We didn't use it since we only stayed for 1 night but there is a spa downstairs as well.
The beds were somewhat stiff. Not many restaurants around the area (several that are on Google maps are actually closed).

Loved the property, spacious, clean and full of Moroccan culture.
The apartment was great! It was spacious [except the shower room, which I found a little cramped in comparison to the rest of the apartment] .. fully furnished, and there was a lovely private terrace. The staff were extremely helpful.
This is not really negative, but I felt guilty at waking up staff to gain entry to the property after a late night out.... I would have felt better if I could have let myself in.
Space was good. But no elevator, which made it challenging with suite cases. Otherwise was okay

Lack of towels , body wash and shampoo in the bathroom all week. My laundry was left in other rooms on two occasions. I asked for the door lock to be fixed, again it was left faulty all week. Drilling noises at 7 am and midnight
Nice place for family with a lot of beds. Somehow the stove does not work. Due to Ramada we could not find a restaurant.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel and their staff. They were very responsive to my group and I. The apartment was very well cleaned, better than I expected. The location was very convenient for us as we were not there for tourism. The apartment was larger than I expected and well appointed. I was very pleased. The desk clerk taught my kids to play pool. It was fun! Thanks to Younness, Soufiane and Fatima Zahra for a very good stay. Thanks so much!
Overall, I have no complaints about my stay, I thought it went much better than I even expected and was cleaner and better decorated than I thought. I am very picky about bedding and it was perfect and white. There was a problem with billing with Booking that the manager very quickly resolved and I was impressed. They also have a small conference room that was better than I thought. Well done!
Ravie du séjour, appartement propre et bien équipé On s’y sent bien, On aurait voulu faire des séances de massages mais actuellement en travaux malheureusement. Les deux garçons à l’accueil sont adorables et nous ont très bien accueilli. Si nous sommes amenés à revenir sur Fes on reviendra sûrement dans cet établissement.
