We loved it
Pros:

We loved 99% of everything. We loved how bright and clean everything was. The food was lovely and I'm quite fussy you could always find something to eat. The entertainment staff were amazing with the children shout out to Maria who looked after our boys at kids club and included them in games around the pool.

Cons:

I think the snack cart needs an upgrade. It's quite tired looking, and they close it while lunch is served, which we only figured out when the children didn't want to go inside for lunch and just fancied hotdogs by the pool, I also think they could consider chicken nuggets on the pool bar menu and at dinner as its quite a normal kids meal.

We would stay again but would hope for more considerate guests also staying at the same time
Pros:

The staff and cleanliness was very good, the all inclusive buffet was fair for what we paid, there was a lot of choices. Lovely pool and a great smaller pool area for kids

Cons:

People were reserving sunbeds in very big groups early in the morning, although the hotel states no reservation of sunbeds is allowed no action was taken. The larger groups were very noisy and it was a bit chaotic around the pool

Pros:

El personal muy amable y simpático. Bien ubicado, cerca de las dunas y playas. La comida estaba bien y muy atentos y con muchas opciones para personas celíacas.

Cons:

La piscina climatizada estaba prácticamente igual que la normal, los días que fui no hacía bueno por lo que no era viable usarla a esa temperatura tan baja.

Assez bon rapport qualité prix mais manque d entretien

Le buffet est varié, copieux et bon.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas prête a l'heure puis le second lit n'était pas fait.nous n avons pas eu de couette et d' oreiller pour le second lit. Porte ne fermait pas, tél ne marchait pas, pas très bien entretenu.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Zimmergrösse, und ausreichend Stauraum.

Cons:

Da schlechtes Wetter war, wäre es angenehm gewesen, wenn die Klimaanlage geheizt hätte. Dies hat während 2 Tagen unseres 2 wöchigen Aufenthalts funktioniert, und hat ansonsten nur zusätzlich gekühlt. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich war ziemlich unbequem. Abendessen war meistens lauwarm.

We visited this hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary. On arrival we were given our all inclusive wristbands to enjoy the facilities, even though we arrived two hours before check in. Reception staff were lovely. Lunch starts at 1pm so, we took a walk around, using the map given at reception. Swimsuits on and into the heated pool. Pool towels are a €10 deposit.
Food was plentiful and lots of variety for a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️.
Evenings have themed food but, still with the norm pasta, pizza, chips, for those that don’t like foreign food!
Our room was fine, there was a bottle of wine left for us to enjoy. A very comfy bed, loads of hot water. Although bathroom along with other areas of the hotel, could do with some modernising. However what the hotel lacks in modern facilities, the staff make up for in helpfulness and friendliness. The staff are really hardworking but seem to enjoy their work.
Entertainment is very much a personal choice. Two evenings there were great singers however, we are not into bingo or Karaoke.
We used the spa, both had an enjoyable massage. We also did the spa tour, involving sauna, cold plunge pool and jacuzzi. Sadly the jacuzzi was cold so not very relaxing.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like but, as stated, the hotel is tired and could do with some repairs

L hôtel est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Il est très propre et le personnel est très aimable !
C'est notre deuxième séjour : les rangements ont été améliorés ! Ainsi que la serrure de la porte.

Cons:

Les boissons du all inclusive sont très mauvaises... Et le choix très réduit... C'est vraiment décevant.
Pour la nourriture au restaurant, je pense qu'il y a deux équipes : au début du séjour, c'était très bon mais à partir du samedi c'était mauvais... Il faudrait améliorer la qualité.
Le snack côté piscine est nul... Aucun choix, pas bon
Le canapé lit est inconfortable pour un adulte
