I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for 1-night while visiting friends for the holidays, and it was a great choice. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and welcoming, which really set the tone for our stay.
I was surprised to learn that the hotel opened in 2017 as it honestly feels brand new inside - very well maintained. I booked 3 rooms for my siblings and myself, and all of us were extremely pleased. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, and the beds were especially comfortable after a long day of visiting and traveling. The location was also perfect as it is near major expressways and still within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants.
We also appreciated having access to the 24-hour gym, which has all the essentials needed for a solid workout. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we were all happy with our experience. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting the area.
The whole hotel was clean , the staff was very accommodating , breakfast was delicious!
Hot tub not working. Toilet not working well. Tv remote not working. Had to get a second one and use both.
I stayed 4 days they never cleaned the room during the stay or brung in towers to shower. I had to always ask
We made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. The day of arrival, we got a message saying we'd get a text when our room was ready. Never received it. The gym had no working water fountain. The room needed some serious update to the A/C which was so noisy that, in combination with the noise of the nearby interstate and the light filtering from the parking lot, made our room impossible to sleep in. The receptionist did not seem interested in improving our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield. Even though the hotel was busy, it was very clean and well managed, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and attentive always ready to help with a smile. I's happily stay again.
Never cleaned the room when asked
Rooms clean, great shower, and although near highway, no noise. Breakfast had good selection.

I asked them to clean the room and after long tiring day I came back to see my room was not cleaned.
Amenities are sparse. Two people stayed in our room. Only had one washcloth. Hotel was clean.
