Booking.com messed up our reservations. The host hard a real difficult time finding them. I've never experienced that before with any other hotel reservations.
Bad experience with service from start to end
We found out the morning before check-in that our reservation was cancelled when I called about early check-in. We were traveling with four kids and a dog for a wedding and had no other hotel options available. We were forced to squeeze multiple people into one bed to make it work, and pay their higher rate as they cancelled my original reservation.
The front desk staff over two days were unprofessional and unkind, and management was completely unhelpful. Even HQ Marriott customer service told me the hotel was uncooperative with them. Also, it took forever to speak to front desk since there was often no one sitting at the front desk. When they showed up, they would be extremely rude.
I booked directly with Marriott for six guests, and it feels like our reservation was canceled because we booked early at a lower rate, and the owner/operator/manager wanted us to pay a higher nightly rate. I hope this hotel seriously reevaluates how they treat guests.
I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for 1-night while visiting friends for the holidays, and it was a great choice. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and welcoming, which really set the tone for our stay.
I was surprised to learn that the hotel opened in 2017 as it honestly feels brand new inside - very well maintained. I booked 3 rooms for my siblings and myself, and all of us were extremely pleased. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, and the beds were especially comfortable after a long day of visiting and traveling. The location was also perfect as it is near major expressways and still within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants.
We also appreciated having access to the 24-hour gym, which has all the essentials needed for a solid workout. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we were all happy with our experience. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting the area.
The whole hotel was clean , the staff was very accommodating , breakfast was delicious!
Hot tub not working. Toilet not working well. Tv remote not working. Had to get a second one and use both.
I stayed 4 days they never cleaned the room during the stay or brung in towers to shower. I had to always ask
We made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. The day of arrival, we got a message saying we'd get a text when our room was ready. Never received it. The gym had no working water fountain. The room needed some serious update to the A/C which was so noisy that, in combination with the noise of the nearby interstate and the light filtering from the parking lot, made our room impossible to sleep in. The receptionist did not seem interested in improving our stay.
Good coffee. Wish they had a water bottle dispenser. Great place to stop on our travels
