Perfect place to stay if going to and of the professional teams in Cincinnati!

It was my birthday and the highlight was the rooftop bar but the room and bed weren’t very comfortable. It was clean!
Pros:

We liked the location being close to the river, restaurants and downtown.

Cons:

The room’s ambiance was very uninviting. I called ahead to check that there was a room facing the river with a balcony but when we got they were sold out!

location was great, roof top bar was great, loved our room also! Staff was all nice also

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t worth it at all honestly. It says buffet, but it’s just cheese and meat folded on a tray and some cereal. sugar waffle was so dry we couldn’t eat it. Service & staff was great though!

Racist and rude.

Cons:

The staff was extremely racist and rude. Dan is the man who was working the fromt desk kicking the black people out of the lobby but letting the white people do whatever they want. Dan treated us like we werent paying guests who paid $300 for ONE night. They knew a lot of people there was for the cardi b concert but he only targeted my black mother and i!!! Would never stay here again and I will be telling everyone I know to boycott this establishment and their racist comments and treatment.

Room is like a ball room
Pros:

Staff and Breakfast and Cleanliness are nice.

Cons:

Heavy bass coming from outside were so crazy. My room was like a ball room due to it. I asked front desk at 11pm how long it will last then she said it's around 2 am. Like she said it kept disturbing us until the late 2am. Hotel is the place to get sleep basically so I could say it's a mega problem even if everything else is excellent.

Never Again!

Hotel was in a good location

Cons:

The room was awful. I booked a balcony king and the hotel called me to confirm I was still coming but when we got there told me the room I wanted was not available . They stated they upgraded me to a king suite overlooking the stadium but when we got to the room is was was one one small window with an obstructed view. There was a raggedy couch and glass table in the sitting area. It literally looked like a conference room they turned into a suite. Then the shower floor was so dirty with mold build up on the grout. AC Marriot is usually a very nice hotel but I would not recommend this location
