I visited the rooftop recently and the service was phenomenal. Stephanie.S is a hard worker and dedicated to perfection while she served food and drinks to my table. She was very welcoming, and had a great personality overall. Next time we’re in town we will be sure to be back and hopefully she will be working to serve us again. Thank you for the great experience.

I booked a King Bed room with a balcony and Ohio River view more than three weeks in advance to make it convenient for us to catch a Frida night Cincinnati Reds baseball game across the street. I added the AC Parking Package, which included valet parking, for an additional $45. After government taxes and fees, the total for the one-night stay was $404. Check-in was at 4:00 PM, and check-out was at 11:00 AM.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The front desk staff was welcoming, acknowledged my loyalty status, and made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. While the hotel has its own restaurant (no free breakfast offered), we went right next door to eat dinner and grab some beers during happy hour at Cincinnati Lager House. After the game, I visited the AC Lounge on the ground level to enjoy an Old Fashioned at the bar.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the spacious, sixth-floor room also featured a mini-fridge with two complimentary bottled waters and a sofa bed. Outlets and USB ports were conveniently located just above the nightstand shelves, along with a built-in reading light on both sides of the bed. We enjoyed views of the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge, the Ohio River, the Great American Ball Park, and the Cincinnati skyline from the comfort of our room's covered balcony. It rained a little bit during our stay, so it was nice to have a covered balcony instead of being exposed to the weather on their Upper Deck rooftop bar. While the baseball stadium is very close right across the street, you cannot see the live field action directly from the rooms or the rooftop bar. However, you can see the home-run fireworks.

This hotel is absolutely incredible ! The roof top bar is so fun ! I needed some help with a future reservation and Anna at the front desk was absolutely off the chart helpful and it was crystal clear she actually REALLY cared about solving my issue and she did ! Wherever Anna goes in her career, a company would be VERY LUCKY to have Anna on their team !!! Best wishes always Anna ! Patti

Do you want to sleep IN the club? Then this is the hotel for you. Do you actually want to sleep? Then pick literally any other hotel. This hotel faces a strip of outdoor bars that play music so loud, the bass rattles the beds until TWO A.M. 2am. You cannot go to bed before 2am. Unless you're on a frat or bachelorette trip, hard pass.

Terrific stay! Easy check in - great breakfast buffet (food is amazing) - attentive staff. They even gave out lavender sachets at night to help you sleep. What more could you ask for?

We stayed here to catch a Reds game. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet and our server, Ashley was very welcoming and took care of us both mornings we visited. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the dark curtains and the dark floors made it very gloomy feeling.

Kyreeka was amazing! Found my lost items and returned them so fast. Made my experience even better with her kind service. Very hard worker , very polite and attentive. She earned my business plus another visit, I will definitely be back!!

Comfortable beds. Rooftop bar had great views of the river. Easy walk to Reds game. Nice shower.

AC hotel is a great location for the Cards game. Christina was a par excellence hostess: friendly, helpful. The cleaning staff rallied when I called to wash off fingerprint from all over the window and got me an extra chair for the room. You just have to ask nicely and staff responds nicely.
