Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and generally find the rooms comfortable, which is why I keep coming back. However, the same issues repeat every visit. The key cards often stop working, requiring trips to reception. Although the room is booked for two, amenities (towels, slippers, etc.) are only provided for one person, even after housekeeping cleans the room. Phone reception in the rooms is also very poor and the Wi-Fi is unreliable. I hope these recurring issues can be addressed.
