Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance.

Please note that the terrace and pool will remain closed from 1 October to 31 March.

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies may apply and the hotel reserves the right to charge a 50% nonrefundable deposit in advance.

If your reservation is nonrefundable, you will receive an email from the establishment with instructions to complete the payment quickly and safely after confirmation. The hotel can initiate the process of canceling the reservation in the event that the payment is not completed within the next 48 hours.

The air conditioning system provides hot air in winter and cool air in summer.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Comfortable, clean and very central!
Pros:

The rooms where spacious and modern. The tv’s also had plenty of channels and different apps such as YouTube, Netflix and Prime, which you don’t get often.

Cons:

I really wish there was a fridge in the room! I drink a lot of water and it’s always nice to have nice cold water after a long day of exploring.

Nieograniczony dostęp do filtrowanej wody, niebędącej wodą butelkowaną - ogromny plus!
Recepcja naprawdę całodobowa, nie tak jak w dużej części "hoteli" będących tak naprawdę apartamentami na wynajem.

Nice hotel with amazing breakfast, but in a noisy location
Pros:

The hotel was located close to the main street in downtown. There were many restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

It was very noisy outside. I stayed on Friday and Saturday, so at night there were a lot of people on the street and near the bar in the next building. The windows probably had poor noise insulation. However, in general, I am very satisfied with the hotel.

Das meiste personal war einigermassen freundlich Frau mit roten haaren und brille sehr unfreundlich beim check out wurde behauptet das wir dort frühstückten und dies bezahlen müsse ich habe sie mehrmals darauf hingewiesen das wir nicht dort frühstückten Darauf wurde sie wütend und sehr arrogant sehr unprofessionell!!!!

They don't give Complimentary water bottle everyday, When we checked in water bottle placed in the hotel but next 2 days there were no complimentry water and We asked for Coffe and Tea bags 2nd day they said it is free only 1 day but the staff given it free. Overall, All good and helpful satff.
