Staff was good. Hotel itself was okay, not as good as how the photos show. The neighborhood is less ideal for tourists.
Pros:

The staff is was very helpful and friendly. She gave us good information about sightseeing. Room is okay. The only thing not great is the location. It may be quite convenient, but walking through the neighborhood doesn’t feel safe. This is subjective though, and may not be an issue for some. The noises was loud all night. Unfortunately these are not things the hotel can change. For us, we decided to change the accommodation, and would not recommend for friends/family mainly due to the neighborhood atmosphere. We moved to a different area for the remaining nights, and had completely changed how we feel about the city.

Cons:

We didn’t feel safe and comfortable staying in the neighborhood. Walking out in the evening to find food was uncomfortable and we had to be very vigilant. The other minor thing we didn’t like if how tiny the lift is.

The hotel was good for what we needed but I wouldn’t like to stay longer than a couple of nights.
Pros:

The rooms were clean & comfortable. Fresh towels were provided. The location was fantastic for accessing different areas of the city.

Cons:

Although the location was very accessible to the city, it was also slap bang in the middle of a party square so was very very loud at night and could also feel a little unsafe. Our greeting on arrival could have been better as it wasn’t the friendliest.

Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Niu Barcelona. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied des principaux sites touristiques. La chambre était propre et très confortable, avec une literie de qualité. Le personnel a été accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, avec des produits frais. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus pour se détendre le soir après une journée de visite. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Personnel à l’écoute, souriant et sympathique.
Matelas confortable.
Le coin piscine est très agréable.

Cons:

L’emplacement. Les alentours ne donnent pas un sentiment de sécurité. Et la nuit c’est bruyant.

Pros:

Top hotel, hele fijne bedden, goede douche en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt.

Super service gericht personeel. Ze maakten mijn verblijf echt heel fijn!

Cons:

Het zwembad is meer een pootje baden strook en overal niet dieper dan 0.73m. Geen echt zwembad dus.

De buurt is ruig. Overdag met veel mensen op straat geen enkel probleem maar ‘s avonds laat niet heel prettig. Gelukkig is een Uber voor een paar euro’s geregeld.

Cons:

Ligging super slecht, mega veel lawaai in de nacht, wij hebben amper geslapen omdat er mensen aan het roepen waren, elkaar aan het uitschelden, op dingen aan het slaan waardoor wij geen oog toe konden doen.
We voelden ons ook echt niet veilig aan dat plein vanaf we ons hotel uitkwamen
Hotel zelf was veel geld voor wat het was
