Please note that the terrace and pool will remain closed from 1 October to 31 March.

If your reservation is nonrefundable, you will receive an email from the establishment with instructions to complete the payment quickly and safely after confirmation. The hotel can initiate the process of canceling the reservation in the event that the payment is not completed within the next 48 hours.

The air conditioning system provides hot air in winter and cool air in summer.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Dachterrasse ist ganz süß, auch wenn das Wasser im Pool nicht sonderlich warm war und wir sie deshalb nicht genutzt haben.

Cons:

Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber man hat das Gefühl man ist am Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof, wenn man durch die falschen Gassen geht. Auch unser Uber Fahrer hat uns gewarnt, als er gesehen hat, wo wir übernachten. Nachts ist es zudem fast durchgängig laut und unser erstes Zimmer in dem wir eine Nacht schlafen mussten war sehr heruntergekommen und hatte Schimmel im Badezimmer.

De buurt was erg onveilig met veel ongure types. Daarnaast waren de kamers gehorig.

Pros:

Het hotel is netjes en de mensen echt erg aardig! Het zwembad is leuk, het dakterras erg mooi en ook leuk om naar beneden naar het plein te kijken.

Cons:

De buurt is echt naar. Op straat voor het hotel hangt veel gespuis. We zagen zakkenrollers, jongens werden opgepakt. Echt niet fijn om rond te lopen. De locatie ten opzichte van de stad is dan wel weer heel ok.

Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook was er steeds iemand beschikbaar aan de receptie voor al je vragen.
Elke dag werden de bedden opgemaakt en handdoeken ververst. De kamer werd netjes gemaakt.

Cons:

Er hing een vochtige geur in de kamer. De badkamer was op zich wel proper gepoetst, maar er was veel kalk aan de kranen, de wastafel had een scheur, de spiegelverlichting ging dan wel, dan niet.
Er mocht meer variatie zijn in het ontbijt aangezien we 3 dagen hetzelfde ontbijt kregen.
Er was veel lawaai buiten om te kunnen slapen, maar daar kan het hotel zelf weinig aan doen.

the room was ok, with as advertised beds, the location was close to other objectives in the vicinity, reception staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, possibly other reviews got us more scared than the actual situation. However we did not venture out at night further than 9pm. After asking around the next day, we were told that it should be safe until after all restaurants close at midnight.
The blanket cover was actually 2 different sheets
