Ein tolles und aussergewöhnliches Hotel. Der Besitzer ist immer anwesend unterstützt Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Das Essen war vorzüglich und es hatte immer von allem genug vorhanden.
Die Lage war optimal, direkter Ausgang vom Hotel zurm Skipiste.
Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt. Das Badezimmer und die Badetücher wurden immer gewechselt.

Cons:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt, es gab keine Angelegenheiten die uns nicht gefallen haben.
Es war einfach TOOPPP.

Everything was excellent, this hotel deserves it's rating. Great accommodation, delicious food, very attentive and friendly staff, best location.

esperienza veramente TOP, camera 309, stupenda! piscina esterna veramente calda e non come altre spa dove al massimo arriva a 30 gradi, si mangia veramente molto bene, insomma se volete farvi coccolare, questo è l'hotel che fa per voi, ci tornerei? assolutamente si!!

Pros:

It was our fourth stay and we like it more and more. The extended bar area is stunning and welcoming to sit down and have a drink. All staff is very polite and helpful. Food was even better then years before.

Perfekte Auszeit zum Wandern und relaxen im Josef Mountain Resort
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Liftstation Falzeben. Die Ausstattung des Hotels inkl. Schwimmbad und Saunabereich ist perfekt und sehr harmonisch. Von der Sauna und Ruheraum blickt man in den Wald. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker: grosse Auswahl, perfekt zubereitet. Auch das Servicepersonal war sehr höflich und nett. Ein gelungener Urlaub.

Breakfast is open buffet and it is very rich.
Dinner has an open buffet for the starters then have the fix menu. The food is delicious.
Hotel location is super, just next to the slope.
The spa is lovely, actually two different spa center, one for 16+ and one for all ages.
Staff is super kind and helpful.
