Very good stay with a prime ski location, great food, and beautiful SPA, the rooms are outdated

We had an overall very good stay. The location is unbeatable for skiers, as it’s extremely close to the slopes and the gondola. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also loved the beautiful SPA area and the common rooms, which are very well-designed and cozy. The food was another highlight—consistently very good and of high quality.

Cons:

he only downside was the room. It was not yet renovated, and the furniture/doors felt old and didn't match the high quality of the rest of the hotel. Upgrading the rooms would make this resort perfect.

Ein tolles und aussergewöhnliches Hotel. Der Besitzer ist immer anwesend unterstützt Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Das Essen war vorzüglich und es hatte immer von allem genug vorhanden.
Die Lage war optimal, direkter Ausgang vom Hotel zurm Skipiste.
Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt. Das Badezimmer und die Badetücher wurden immer gewechselt.

Cons:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt, es gab keine Angelegenheiten die uns nicht gefallen haben.
Es war einfach TOOPPP.

Pros:

It was our fourth stay and we like it more and more. The extended bar area is stunning and welcoming to sit down and have a drink. All staff is very polite and helpful. Food was even better then years before.
