Hotel Du Lac

Was not family friendly. Was like a dirty motel with cigarette smell

Almost all lamps in the room not working.
No staff or reception. Everything with WhatsApp chatting.
No Soap in the room.
4 days they could not supply coffee cups.
From a few years nobody checked the room for needed maintenances.
No TV, although this was in the pictures of the rooms, even in the basic rooms.

C’est sympa de fournir une cafetière nespresso avec 3 capsules mais il serait aussi préférable de fournir une tasse pour verser le café. Sans tasse pas bien facile de boire un café.
Il serait aussi bien de remplir la boîte de mouchoir jetable. Je ne vois pas trop l’intérêt de laisser une boîte vide.

Support very good but process check in very complicated. I would never go back because I lost 1h to walk in to room.

Das Hotel steht vor dem Umbau oder Abriss und Neubau. Daher ist es etwas unansehlich und der Balkon vernächlässig.
Bei der Buchung gab es etwas Verwirrung, doch durch die online Begleitung von freundlichen Hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter innen habe ich das buchen und einchecken wunderbar geschafft. Ihre Namen sind Darleane und Maryem. Herzlichen Dank an Beide

- Vier Lampen im Zimmer davon war eine kaputt und
eine zweite Lampe ohne Birne
- kein Fernseher im Zimmer
- Keine Bar oder Restaurant im Hotel wie in der
Beschreibung?!?! Nachbarn sagten uns das es das
schon seit Jahren nicht mehr gibt?!?!?!

It was difficult to get room & key information.

Das Zimmer war ok, wenn sich kein TV.
Das Zimmer war sauber, während im Empfangsflur sehr viele Spinnweben hingen und der Nodrn dreckig war.

If you are planning to travel in the summer, there is no AC in the rooms. The fan they provided was broken. Bathroom fixtures were broken. They positives would be that they have great views of the lake from the room and it is very close to the train station.

War in Ordnung

Property is in disrepair. Restaurant abandon. Do not book. We went somewhere else. Trust the bad reviews they also won’t refund any money if you don’t stay even due to condition of hotel

Very nice hotel. Tiny but nice. Comfortable and they’ve got rituals products in bathrooms. Self check in and out was easy.

Overall a pretty horrendous stay. Our parents’s Panoramic Double Room’s plumbing did not work, so they were moved to a lower tier room. Yet we are not even being refunded the difference in the rooms. Additionally, our Panoramic Double Room was in poor shape: massive dust bunnies, broken bedside sconce, missing shower head, no facial tissue provided and expired free water bottle.

Customer service was meh. There is no one on-site at all, so all communications are done over chat and at a delay.

The property’s proximity to the train station is the best thing going for the place.

I can’t even say the price was good because, while it was cheaper compared to other places in the area, it was too expensive for the poor quality of our stay.

Cuidado es un hotel abandonado, que alquilan habitación actualmente. Sin recepcion sin nadie que te ayude en nada. Solo un chat que se escribe. El estado de las habitaciones muy malo y pesima limpieza. Encontre sobras de comida del huesped pasado. Terrible no lo recomiendo

No welcoming feeling,very difficult to get to our room, nobody to talk to

Arrive at Location after 27 driving from main train station, call the phone for the hotel and they couldn't find my registration or my name I then walk around and it was very different than the pictures shows on the site and it was an SCAM yes SCAM......I talk to a police near by and I called my card to have cancelled the transaction. Don't trust this people

Das Einchecken war schlecht. Hatte keinen Schlüssel in der Box und Reserveschlüssel funktionierte mit Code auch nicht. Chat half uns ein neues Zimmer zu geben. Im Zimmer war bei einer Nachttischlampe kein Licht. Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht. Lässt einwenig Vorstellungen offen.

Ich konnte nicht ins Hotel hineingehen.
