Best location, on the beach. Amazing staff and accessibility
Fantastic location in centre of Ahangama, very handy for the bus station.

We stayed for my girlfriends birthday and they made our stay extra special, surprising us with a cake and banner. The private beach is amazing. The room is extremely clean and the staff that work there are very helpful and friendly.

The lack of attention with details and cleaning. This property has a great potential but is missing small things: neither 1 hygienic product was available, no shampoo, no shower gel… missing bulb lights inside the room, dirty curtains, dirty windows. The beach is full of garbage, the only preoccupation was to remove the leafs that falls down the trees every morning, lot of construction garbage near the sunbeds, old and dirty cushions, shower area by the beach full of mold and old… the price for money isn’t good.
The sea breeze villa was in the perfect position, tastefully decorated, close to town and close to a few good eats. They have 4 rooms and I stayed in the garden view room closest to the road. The room was huge, the bed comfy, great aircon and a fan. It has the best shower pressure and hot water that I’ve had in Sri Lanka and all situated with your own private beach. The staff were friendly and amazing, the breakfast filling and delicious, filtered water and wifi available. They also have security overnight.
As my room was close to the road it did get a bit of road noise from passing cars and trucks, nothing that the villa can do about that .

The room was exactly as described/shown in the pictures - very spacious and comfortable. The villa is right on the water, so you can sit and watch the ocean with breakfast, which was always very tasty. And the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Located at the heart of the city, the place has easy access to all the great locations in Ahangama. The place is well worth the price as all the basic necessities were provided.
Guest gets a two breakfast choices, Sri Lankan or English breakfast along with fruits and tea/coffee. Th fruit platter was fairly large for one individual.
All in all this place is quite small so you would mainly stay here if you want to explore Ahangama or any other town close by.
Sea Breeze Villa has started in December 2023 and is one of the only places fully owned by a Sri Lankan as the rest of the place are mostly partnered with foreigners so they would definitely appreciate any contribution for their service.
