It was like going back home
Pros:

It was like going back home. The room was welcoming. It was cool inside, the light above the coffee bar was on. It was as if they had been expecting me and were happy I was there. Breakfast was fantastic. They had everything you could think of. Different stations for anything you could imagine. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful staff. But take some earplugs with you.
Pros:

Amazing staff, the room was perfect. Nice comfy bed. Perfect for our pot stop while traveling.

Cons:

We got woke up past the night from people slamming their doors. We were traveling with two young kids, so it was a very long night for us every time someone slammed the door. I’m assuming it was the hotel staff that left earplugs in our room before check-in which would’ve been fine. Had it been just adults not the two children.

Everything was clean, the front desk was super friendly upon arrival, and check staff in the morning were equally as.kimd and accommodating

The air conditioning unit was super loud when it would turn on in the room

Top choice in Wichita Falls
Pros:

Best place so far as we are 1 day away from ending our 16 day road trip. 7 different lodgings (hotels, airbnbs) and this is the BEST. Cleanliness, friendliness, 2 TVs in our king room, A+ water pressure in shower, mini fridge, microwave, coffee in rm and in lobby, great rate, beautifully designed and decorated, easy off/on I44.

Great place to stop for the night.
Pros:

Although this hotel seems to be in a questionable location, we encountered no trouble. There are some really good restaurants within short driving distance. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and not overly firm. The room was clean. If you are a light sleeper, there are packages of ear plugs on the nightstand. The complimentary breakfast was ok with scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh do it yourself waffles and breakfast sandwiches. I definitely would stay again when in the area.

Exceptional service and clean hotel! It’s been awhile since we have recieved such a great deal with the stay we had!!
Pros:

The staff had great customer service, clean hotel, the beds and room was great, also the options for breakfast was awesome!!! Definitely will stay here again!!

Cons:

Only thing to complain about, there was a little dirt on the comforter, but it dusted right off. So no big deal!
