Pros:

We had a good time staying here for 3 nights. The property is spacious, clean, well-equipped and quiet (although it is next to the railway, trains are not that frequent so not a problem to us). The futon bedding is very comfortable even we slept on the floor. It only takes 5 min walk to Nobeoka train station. It would be perfect if chairs can be provided as our feet were not used to sitting on floor for long time. We will definitely love to stay here again if we come to Nobeoka in future.

Pros:

アパートスタイルの施設だったので、自分達の都合で布団を敷ける事と、子供連れにはベッドから落ちる心配がない事が良かった
線路沿いの建物だったが、電車の音はそこまで気にならなかった。

普通のアパートをホテルに。
Pros:

12月初旬に利用。普通のアパートをホテルにしたのがユニークだが、キッチン側の部屋が寒い。ティッシュペーパーがないとか、トイレのタオルが日によってなかったりとか、備品の整備がもう少しという感じ。

舒適整潔的民宿
Pros:

民宿位於延岡，往高千穗約一個多小時車程，自駕遊的很方便，因民宿前就是停車場，如坐鐵路在延岡站出步行亦不需五分鐘便到。
但check-in要在本館先登記，那是一間傳統的民宿亦是叫兼六園旅館，如自駕的話，別館的地址可能還很新吧，所以在google是找不到的，因此要輸入兼六園旅館（即本館）才能到，這點比較要注意。
我預訂此民宿是一泊二食的日式餐，在本館進餐，頗美味的，因附近較清靜，餐廳選擇並不多，如不想在外尋找晚餐和早餐，預訂一泊二食是最合適的。
房間方面很整齊潔淨及很新，是我喜愛的日式家居佈局，有如住進家的感覺，基本設備俱齊，如想在延岡停留住宿的話，兼六園別館真是不錯的選擇。
