とても良かった
Pros:

急な宿泊だったのであまり期待してなかったが
スタッフの対応も丁寧で、少し古いけど綺麗。
掃除が行き届いてて、尚且つ部屋が広かった。
貸出にシャンプーや化粧品、美顔器、コテなど
もあり、とても親切なホテルだなと思いました。
お風呂もユニットバスだけど広め。

Cons:

しいていえば、1月で寒かったので、毛布とか予備に置いててくれたらなーと思いました

Property is fine but front office staff bad. Housekeeping staff were very friendly.

Large room comfortable beds, washing machine, dryer and microwave are there to use.
Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Front desk staff… every staff was saying differently.
When I was out and asked to borrow umbrella they asked my room number and asked me to leave room key. But when my partner borrowed umbrella, nobody asked him room number. My partner and I had each appointments and we wanted to leave our room key as we were not sure which one will come back early but front staff refused to leave room key.
If they said so, they must provide spare room key to us but they denied to do so.
It was so confusing and just wonder how they train their staff.

ゆったり過ごすには申し分なし。
Pros:

建物は新築ではありませんが、バス・トイレは改築されて清潔です。部屋の広さは申し分なく、ゆったり過ごせました。
