Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. Aucun ménage n’a été effectué pendant toute la durée de notre présence à l’hôtel. Malgré plusieurs demandes pour remplacer les tasses et obtenir des capsules de café, le service était souvent très long et certaines demandes ont tout simplement été oubliées.

De plus, à la suite d’une demande de serviettes supplémentaires, un employé est entré dans notre chambre sans verrouiller la porte en quittant. Cette situation est particulièrement préoccupante, puisque nos passeports, bijoux et autres objets de valeur s’y trouvaient et auraient pu être volés.

Lors de notre départ, nous avons signalé ces problèmes et demandé une compensation en raison des nombreux inconvénients subis. Toutefois, aucune mesure n’a été prise.

En revanche, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent et les installations sont très belles. Malheureusement, la qualité du service n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes et a grandement affecté notre expérience.

The hotel was very clean. Front desk was amazing. Food in the restaurant was great. Loved that we had a balcony
