Nice
Everything was very clean. The woman that checked us in was also very accommodating and friendly.

The bloody pull out bed the water down eggs the sausage they served looked under cooked
Nice accommodations but needs to provide better towels, wash cloths, and body soap.
The breakfast was delicious, I had trouble using the stove over 360 temperature 9
The property was fine. However, it seemed to be run by a family with many of the desk staff being insufficiently trained to respond to common questions. I asked at the desk if they could help book transport to the airport and was told no. I asked again, later, due to difficulties with booking transport with a Canadian postal code and was told that cabs are obsolete. After providing a number, the manager did call, eventually. Then, I was overcharged on the bill. I travel often and haven't experienced this lack of willingness of staff to help, previously.
It was very clean and it was quiet!

Enjoyed the bed and the room
Location and up to date. Shannon upgraded us to a larger room. She was so friendly and helpful. Getting us extra towels and toiletries. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful.
Our room had mold on the air conditioner in the back bedroom. The pool was cloudy. Appeared dirty. After going in once, my family didn’t go back in.
