Great staff and great location.
Pros:

Great location, lovely breakfast

Cons:

Front rooms can be a bit noisy. They provide mozzie spray as there is a few mozzies around.

Agréable séjour de 2 nuits, en couple
Pros:

En couple, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 2 nuits dans un bungalow de cet hôtel près de la mer au cadre magnifique et à la chambre confortable et spacieuse, juste en face de la piscine. Le propriétaire et le personnel ont été vraiment charmants et très réactifs à nos demandes. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux.

Needs some TLC
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast is good with a good variety. A large water cooler was provided in our room, which was great. The room is a good size and the air conditioning was good. The gardens are beautiful.

Cons:

Its on a busy road, so we needed ear plugs to sleep.
The rooms need an upgrade, they are tired. There were a couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom and a ripped net on the bathroom window. The room needs a deep clean, particularly the bathroom.
We didn't use the pool as it was green but it definitely improved, toward the end of our stay. The day beds were dirty but toward the end of our stay, some of them were taken away, I suspect to clean.

C’était bien l’emplacement super dommage pour le coq!
Pros:

Nous avons aimés l’établissement car il était près du centre Aqua pour plonger. Plein de petits Warung dans le coin et une main street.

Cons:

Le coq qui chante toute la nuit est très énervant.

Emplacement appréciable
Pros:

Très bel endroit sur Amed, avec un très bon emplacement, en face de la mer. Elle se rejoint par une petite ruelle.
Le personnel est au petit soin et toujours avec le sourire.
Vous avez la possibilité de louer directement vos scooters auprès de l’accueil, appréciable pour se déplacer.
La taille de la salle de bain est appréciable.
Je recommande cet hôtel 👍🏻

Cons:

La taille de la piscine est relativement petite quand l’hôtel est occupé.
La taille du lit deux place est un peu juste.
Attention de bien laisser votre porte fermée au risque de partager votre chambre avec des insectes locaux…

The place looks very nice and cozy. A lot if vegetation and nice small pool for cooling down

Very good location, great restaurants and shops near. 8 minutes walk to excellent snorkeling spot near jemeluk bay (amed cafe).

20 minutes taxi to lipah beach (vienna house), best beach and snorkel in amed.

Cons:

Bed felt small for 2 adults and 1 child

Heerlijk hotel
Pros:

Toplocatie, prachtige tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Fijne mensen, altijd behulpzaam.

Cons:

Onze kamer was wat gedateerd. De badkamer kan zeker opgeknapt worden. Niet altijd water om te douchen in de avond. Dan is het water op😉

Ladnie położony, spokojnu obiekt. Pokoje czyste i przestronne. Bardzo obfite sniadanie. Bardzo mily i pomocny personel. Dużo miejsca na snorkeling w pobliżu i dużo dobrych restauracji i warungow. Polecam niepozorny Warung Puji. Poleciłabym to miejsce

Porte bien son nom de petite oasis au centre d'Amed.
Pros:

Complexe en plein centre d'Amed et pourtant nous étions au calme ! Sa situation est donc idéale pour toutes les activités se faisait à Amed.
Le bungalow était charmant avec une petite déco sympa, le personnel adorable et les petits déjeuners copieux et variés.

Cons:

L'eau de la piscine était un peu trouble... Rien de grave mais pour les plongeurs pensez à vous rincer les oreilles à l'eau claire en sortant...
