Cons:

Wir waren schon vor dem Check in Zeit im Hotel. Das Zimmer war schon frei aber wir mussten einen Aufpreis bezahlen damit wir 3 Stunden früher rein durften. Ohne den Aufpreis hätten wir 3h warten müssen mit 2 Kleinkinder. Ich würde es verstehen , wenn das Zimmer noch nicht frei wäre, aber nur als Prinzipt so zu handeln, erlebe ich zum ersten Mal.

belle établissement ,arrangé avec goût, chambre parfaite, trés propre ,belle piscine rien à dire de négatif et excellent emplacement. réaction immédiate concernant un défaut de climatisation dans notre chambre de la part de l'établissement en nous proposant une suite . encore merci .

nous sommes des voyageurs habitués des hôtels d'asie . je classe votre hotel au niveau asie parmi le plus mauvais
dans les petits déjeunés buffet . je n'ai jamais vue de fruits préparés plusieurs jours avant consommation dans une vitrine. des saucisses pas cuite a l'huile ,du jambon horrible , trés peu de bonne cuisine ,seulement 2 fois des yaourts
des pancakes pas cuit . et une climatisation trop glacée . votre restauration est horrible.
pour les chambres il serait normal de mettre a disposition des brosses à dent dans toutes les chambres normales et suites .ce que l'on retrouve dans tous les établissements hoteliers

Très bon confort pour cet hôtel idéalement situé au départ du Skytrain qui mène directement à l'aéroport . Rien à dire de l'hôtel, impeccable.
