Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Das Hotel war gut, sauber , wenn auch nicht in jeder Ecke deutscher Standard vorzufinden war. Das Personal sprach gut englisch. Frühstück nebenan im Hotel und sehr gut. Strand über die Straße… wir waren zufrieden. Preis /Leistung gut.
Es ist dich die Lage an der Straße ein wenig laut, aber das weiß man ja, wenn man da bucht.

My room was very bad not very comfortable and the view was absolutely bad
Location could not be better, just steps away from the sea. Perfect for morning and afternoons swims. It's the quiet side of Da Nang Bay but you're only 5 min away from My Khe bars, restaurants and nightlife
My room was spotless and it was serviced daily. Effortlessly rented a scooter and booked drivers from reception.
Breakfast was healthy and nutritious, a good selection of fruit, breads, rice, eggs, meat and hot drinks.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel itself is in need of deep maintenance/renovation. Some areas look quite derelict and dirty.
It can be hard to communicate with staff members as their English is quite basic, but I've experienced the same situation everywhere else in Vietnam....
The location a bit far from the city so u might need to rent a scooter or u take Grab..

Hmm.. they wanted to take money from me for the fireworks they said .. it was 20 euros but i refused as i don’t have anything to do with the fireworks.. and then the staff told me to look for a hotel because it was mandatory to pay i was pissed of so i said i want to talk with their manager and they called and said to me i don’t need to pay for the fireworks anymore.. when i got up to the room it was so dirty as if it was never been cleaned for weeks.. dust all over the surface and the fridge was full of water the bedsheets has stains .. the breakfast was the same for how many days i’ve stayed .. so i don’t recommend this hotel.. but if you’re on a budget go for it :)..
The location was awesome.

Would’ve been nice to know when we arrived that the breakfast wasn’t actually at the hotel, but up the road at a different one—same with the pool.
We asked for some chairs for the balcony and are still waiting on those.
The studio has a washing machine, but no clothesline or drying rack, so there’s nowhere to hang anything.
Also, there was no cleaning offered during our stay, and not even a broom in the room so we could clean up ourselves.
The lady at the front desk was outstanding! The breakfast was for nominal.

I booked this hotel six months ago or more to get a room with a balcony and a sea view.
When I arrived, they told me that the room was taken because there was a system error!
They gave me a room that had just been renovated.
Construction waste everywhere and terrible dust.
I spent three days like that, no one cleaned the room, they just said "tomorrow".
When I started insisting that they clean at least the floor and the construction dust, only then did they clean it a little.
But the windows and mirrors were opaque through the dust.
They neither apologized for the inconvenience nor showed any concern that this had happened.
The girl on duty at the hotel was playing with her phone the whole time and didn't respond to anything.
For breakfast, you can choose from three dishes!
I ate only Pho for a week.
And also, the bed is so hard that in the morning your whole body hurts.
As if you were lying on the floor without a mattress.
I spent a week in this hotel.
Real madness.
