Déçu du prix par rapport à la chambre

La proximité de la gare de l’Est

Cons:

Très cher par rapport aux confort de la chambre.
Fenêtre qui donne sur un endroit fermée, pas d’air, il faisait très chaud

Une expérience décevante, avec un service peu professionnel et une chambre qui ne répondait pas à nos attentes
Pros:

Le matin, un homme âgé travaillait à la réception. Notre heure de départ était à 11h30 et nous avons quitté l’hôtel à l’heure prévue. Je lui ai demandé s’il était possible de laisser un bagage pendant seulement 10 minutes. Il m’a répondu que cela coûterait 10 €. Lorsque je lui ai demandé s’il pouvait me donner un reçu pour les 10 €, il m’a répondu que non. Cette situation m’a semblé très étrange et inconfortable. Dans l’ensemble, notre expérience n’a pas été bonne. La qualité et la propreté de la chambre n’étaient pas non plus satisfaisantes. J’espère que la direction prendra ces problèmes au sérieux et améliorera la qualité de son service à l’avenir.

Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel et la demande de 10 € sans reçu pour garder un bagage pendant seulement 10 minutes. De plus, la propreté et la qualité de la chambre n’étaient pas satisfaisantes.
