Important information:

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Zen Villa Khao Yai in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
The property requires prepayment via bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the payment instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.

Pros:

We stayed one night at this hotel and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. One of the highlights was being offered beautiful kimono dresses to wear for photos—such a thoughtful and fun touch! The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is super comfortable. The rooms are big and spacious. Service ladies are nice and accommodating. They do speak onlh little English. Beds are clean and have all the amenties. Breakfast is a choice between western or local thai. Great and tasty.

Hotel is just beside The Chocolate Factory. 7-11 is just beside. Great convenience if you need to buy water and snacks.

There is no English channels in the tv. So i didnt watch TV for my 3 nights stay.

Pros:

Booked a Junior Suite, & the room was a little smaller than expected from the photos. Room is clean & well kept, with 2 beds but only 1 washroom. Open-air balcony is not suited for extended use due to mosquitoes. Breakfast is mediocre but still useful if u just want to have a quick meal before heading out to the national park. Gym is basically an outdoor treadmill placed near the main entrance. It's nice to find mountain bicycles available for guests, but unfortunately the roads outside are heavy with traffic and unsuitable for bike riding.

Unique villa in the middle of Khao Yai
Pros:

Staffs were great, we celebrated 2 birthdays in the villa and complimentary cakes from Chocolate Factory was provided by the villa. Modern interior and amenities. Only fault I could think of would be that breakfast was not fantastic, however was fine for a basic service.

Good place to stay when visiting Khao Yai. Its quite and peaceful. Breakfast was excellent too.
Chocolate Factory is just beside the hotel and the popular Thai Khru Khao Yai restaurant is just opposite about 5 mins walk.

Pros:

Very comfortable & clean environment! Very friendly pretty lady staff helping us to check-into our rooms in the evening. The hotel is just situated next to the chocolate factory. Convenient! Will come back to stay in this hotel if we visiting Khao Yai again! We love this hotel!

Nice and quiet villa for family holiday
Pros:

We took the biggest room and condition is very good and very clean. Quiet place and good for family with kids. Have pool to swim close to room. Nearby many restaurants around to eat.
Staff service is ok. But need to improve with more facilities, no gym to exercise, no restaurant for room service, no cover for carpark, should have like buffet style breakfast, need to have better or more English TV channels like HBO, movies, English news etc..

Nice small hotel in japanese style!
Pros:

This hotel is very cute and decorated in Japanese, Zen Style. Our room is the junior suite and it's comfy and clean. Hotel is small, only 6-7 rooms total so it's pretty quiet. Staff are friendly. They also offer the kimono for photo shooting as they also have the Japanese garden in their back yard so you'll definitely get a chance to get photos in style.

Breakfast provided in 2 sets (American and Asian) and is generic.

This hotel is also located next to the main road and is next to the popular chocolate factory restaurant.
