First impressions count.
Pros:

A very convenient location.. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The check in process.. There was no reception so I went in the bar/restaurant and said to the only member of staff I could find after a few minutes "I've booked a room for this evening." . She said, "What's your name?". And went and handed me a key. There was no such thing as a welcome or a How are you ? Or "If you need anything let us know". Nothing. Not a good first impression.
I also didn't like the fact there was a bath in the room but no plug so you couldn't actually use it. I know showers are more economical but having a. bath in the room that you couldn't actually use just seemed mean.

The EV charger is convenient

Cons:

It was almost impossible to sleep due to the buzzing noise of an electrical equipment near to my room. The room it self is ok, a bit old fashion but not a big deal. I am not recommending their restaurant, one of the worst burger I ever eaten.

Pros:

I didn't know when I booked the place that my sister had previously stayed.
She said the place was amazing and on the night her daughter had an opportunity to sing.

The place was busy for midweek and the menu was so good.
The waitress was a gem and I went with the curry. I like it spicy and the chef added just enough when I asked for it.

Lemon meringue is my favourite and it didn't disappoint.

The room was spacious, fresh and pleasant. It was a work trip and it really felt special and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

We was on the front above the function room and early in the morning the cleaner was vacuuming and moving chairs around which woke us up

Pros:

Good location if driving between Bushmills and Galway. Easy to access and check-in at any time. Staff is incredibly accommodating and welcoming.

Cons:

Water for shower was not warm and beds were slightly comfortable.
