La pulizia approssimativa del bagno e della cucina.
Da migliorare l'empatia della proprietà con i Clienti: al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria molto frettolosamente per poi essere guidati dalla gentilissima receptionist. Suppongo che la vista della mia utilitaria sia stato un elemento di classificazione...
