I liked the interior of the reception and restaurants within the hotel, comfortable rooms, the friendly stuff in all departments, gym facility and the stunning pool view from the Ghibli bar
I didn’t like the smell of cigarettes, vape or weed from guests who smoke which then infiltrates the other rooms of non smokers.

The location was very good. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Very disorganized in the distinguishing what was hotel and what was residential. Instability in some of the systems, phones, alarm went off at night out of nowhere.
Check in staff and speed was amazing . The staff that took me to room were equally amazing . Top 10 . Even 2 days later when I checked out the reception gentlemen’s still remembered I was sick when o checked in and asked how I was . Excellent customer service
The breakfast service which paid for at the breakfast was atrocious.
1. Breakfast was cold even thought there were hot plates under each Crussetta cast iron saucepan
2. I asked for a cup so I could pour my tea and I was asked “ are there not cups on your table “ - uk no dear there are not hence why I am asking !
3. The basics were not upkept - I wanted English breakfast tea and had to fill my own pot - fine - went to do this and the hot water pot was empty - advised a waitress - she advised to give to her and she will fix - she then started to fill the pot at the coffee maker then walked off and came back minutes later . I asked can I take it now - she advises - yes - I opened the pot and it had not even had been filled with hot water - honestly !
4. I went to the pool at 11 am and by 2.30 am I was asked to “ pay my bill “ as the staff was ended her shift . I said I understand that but I am planning to be here for another 3-4 hours so why do I need to close the bill - again she advised it was the end of her shift and I can open another bill for the next waiter . I said to her I understand shift changes but I said I am staying here for 4 more hours so why inconvenience me like this . No reply. I ended up packing up and paid the bill - no tip - I really hate doing this but I felt I needed to to send a message - are we really insisting to inconvenience customers for a 10% tip ? Honestly I would have stayed and spent another 2-3 more timely bill in output so around Rand 1,200 but for a 37. Rand tip I am chased out

I made a booking via booking.com , when i arrived at the hotel they informed me the hotel was full and that booking.com made the mistake . however they still charged my card

Everyone was so kind and helpful! Great central location.
We were a bit confused that the airport shuttle was for cost. The water temperature was very hard to control in the shower.
