Everything was good
Difficulty of getting a taxi both from and to the hotel
Outstanding location.10/10
Plenty of choice for breakfast and more than enough to eat.
We only stayed one night to visit the theatre, it was a nice evening so chose to walk - downhill - and back, it wasn't a problem for us but it is fairly steep.
Nothing but didn't use all the facilities.
The staff were very acomadating with all our needs. The food was excellent and the hotel is a little gem. Would highly recommend it.
Loved the location and the staff.
The bedroom stunk of chip fat because there’s a group of them above the kitchen. The kitchen extract is right outside the window and is very loud.
The room was dated and in need of some repair. The shower was very weak and there’s no air conditioning.
Location was good.
Room was awful tiny and very dated. Very uncomfortable checked out a day early. Checked in late couldn’t buy a soft drink before going to bed.
Staff very friendly, sauna etc great, beautiful building
Long way from seafront but this is a minor negative
Great location. Stay here most weeks. Staff are lovely and friendly.
Nothing
The view and food was good.
The room was not made up from the previous guest when we turned up and entered the room. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned and turned around. The receptionist was not very welcoming and the price paid was not worth the money.
Great views
Nice spa
Friendly staff
Very friendly staff. Beautiful aspect from Conservatory, excellent food and good choice at breakfast.
Nothing
Breakfast was excellent Al a carte menu was brilliant and excellent value the staff couldn't do enough to make you're stay a memorable one
The walk from Torquay town route was very hilly but it wasn't a problem as there are plenty of taxis available
We stayed at the Headland for our anniversary. The staff were so welcoming. We had been upgraded as it was our anniversary which was a lovely surprise.
The food was amazing as were the restaurant staff. Very attentive.
