Pros:

The proximity to absolutely everything from restaurants, shopping and Skytrain was excellent. And, while my room was small, the view was fantastic!

Cons:

The price for this stay was considerably higher than most in the area. I am an international traveler and while this property is urban and lovely, it simply doesn't warrant the cost

Quiet room & location to train station were nice! Great view from our room too.
Pros:

Food was ok, not great. My husband was more disappointed.

A great hotel on the Sky Train line to access shopping all over the city.
Pros:

Steps from skytrain and shopping, always well appointed and clean

Cons:

Parking is always a pain 3 stories down but other than that it’s very good

It was comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and willing to help.

Cons:

The pool was cold. We asked for a later check out time. We had our keys renewed but they still stopped working at the usual check out time. I didn't know if a breakfast was included. We didn't have breakfast there. We didnt like the see through glass in the washroom.

Great place with good staff at reception and located near the train station.
Pros:

The staff lady Ray was very polite. She was very kind to guide me on my questions.
The clean and bathroom facilities were really well cared for.
The bottle of water daily was the one I enjoyed the most.
Good location, near the train station to go everywhere.

Cons:

The restaurant, especially at breakfast.
The service took too long (20 min to receive the dish) and considering I was on a business trip the time is fundamental.
