Clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations, but communication with the hotel needs significant improvement.

The accommodations were comfortable, and the hotel felt modern, updated, and very clean. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall experience once we arrived was pleasant.

Cons:

Trying to reach someone at the hotel before our stay was incredibly frustrating. I called numerous times to request a late checkout, but no one ever answered. I also sent a message through Booking.com and even emailed the general manager, as suggested by the chatbot on Marriott’s website. I never received a response. When I checked in, I was told the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, which made the lack of communication even more puzzling. The staff was perfectly fine in person, but guests should be able to reach someone at the property without going to such extraordinary lengths.

The bed was comfy, and there were multiple pillows, sufficient toiletries. The breakfast was great, staffs were courteous

There should be a designated area for smoking rather than being greeted and engulfed entering the lobby. The bathroom interior wall near the toilet has been splattered with paint. The iron cord, which supposedly should retract, didn't

Pros:

We were pleased with all aspects of the hotel except the food service. $6 for a muffin, $10 for a latte. This was Yonkers not the Waldorf. Otherwise it was good value and excellent facilities.

Zimmer sind gross, sauber, gute Qualität

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht berauschend. Dazu während meines Aufenthaltes extreme Lärmbelästigung (Zimmerpartys), welche nach mehrmaliger Intervention gegen 3 Uhr früh erst endeten. Speziell die Nacht Managerin war nicht sehr bemüht zu helfen. Würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Friendly and approachable staff.
Pros:

I love the convience of the location, it was close every where we intend to visit. Close to local rerestaurant, liquor store and the venue for tge program we attended.

Could have been better.
Cons:

The times for room cleaning were inconvenient. we called twice in the morning to have our room cleaned and it took several hours after for someone to come. When someone came we were showering at 3 in the afternoon after waiting all morning so our room could not get cleaned. We asked if it could be cleaned later and was told it could not be. Room was not cleaned the entire stay.
