The General manager has a nasty attitude towards me. Treated me like I was her worker. Most front desk employees had a nasty attitude too.
I mean it is not really that hard to treat customers with respect. Also, the walking aisles has no AC barely any air was felt; stagnant humid air was all I could breathe.
You guys need to fix your elevator it makes clicking sound it needs some oil change or someone is going to die. There was a woman. At around fifty years old around 200 pounds white short hair with glasses. She was staring at my private parts making facial expressions of astonishment, if she need a man she should find one , such a pervert and I felt sexually harassed and assaulted

Pros:

Housekeeping staff was fantastic! All the staff that we encounter were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

My only complaint was that the pool was not open. It was closed 2 years ago but the website is still showing that it has one. One of main reason we choose this hotel.

I book for for the 12th and upon arrival at the location ,I was told that the reservation was for a different day,, I tried to explain but the froth desk didnt want to adjust so i had to stay at another sister marriott hotel and had to pay for the other hotel
