Great location. Clean. Staff was great.
Nothing.
The staff is amazing. It was complete renovated and super clean. And I'm fussy. Very quiet in the rooms. Very nice breakfast bar. Shout out to Alexis and the rest of the staff. Good temperature
The location is very good, but not excellent. We really didn't like how high the beds are, therefore hard to get in and out. (I have a 34 inch inseam) The softness for me made it difficult to roll over.
The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The lights were on and temperature was just right. We didn’t have to look for the switches
The inner bathroom curtain was very flimsy and it would not stay inside the tub
Wasn’t able to check in due to I was going to a local Holiday Inn and they told me that they don’t accept locals which I think is bullshit because we’ve always stayed there before so we found somewhere else right next-door. That was happy to take us so I will definitely be going on the Holiday Inn website and letting them know concerns about not able to let anyone as a local come to their establishment. You don’t know what was going on with my situation I could’ve been running away from my husband because he beat me up and I needed someone to stay. Something could’ve happened to my house and I needed somewhere to stay me and my family so I call bullshit on the new rules that they don’t let locals stay at their establishment.
Not happy with Holiday Inn. Will tell everyone not to even go to a Holiday Inn.
Nice employees and clean
Perfect spot for our visit with our son at University of Tennessee, easy drive to campus on game day! The hotel was updated, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. No complaints!

The staff was top notch and very friendly, the breakfast was awesome and an excellent value, the restaurant staff was amazing. I will absolutely be staying there again!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. Bed was really comfortable. They have a bar and restaurant on site.
The breakfast was like any other breakfast buffet. Food was mediocre and lukewarm warm. TV station were very limited and we had driven a long time. Would have been nice to have better TV options for relaxing.

The pool!
Very clean. Beds and pillows were super soft. Both ladies that I had talked to at the front desk both times were super nice, and so was the bartender when me and my friends ordered some drinks! Overall a really great stay and would definitely recommend!
There is a $50 refundable damage deposit that I did not know about until I got there, but that may not be the property’s fault it might have been Booking I’m not really sure lol. I just didn’t see it on here when I booked so I was not prepared for it!
