Historic lodge that has been modernly upgraded. Beautiful grounds. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Nice Hikes out the door. Deers in the garden 🙂
This historic in is amazing in and out and well taken care of . Strict attention to using authentic and original fixtures. Great facility and area to enjoy this small mountain community. Great people here and in the town. Deer and other wildlife hanging around the Lodge.
Everything that we could possibly need was already thought about and provided. The common areas were super clean and welcoming.
I enjoyed the clean space, ambiance, location, and pleasant scent. I slept comfortably and felt very welcomed. I appreciated the road behind the space which allowed us to easily load and unload luggage without climbing up the steps. Everything was clean and great smelling!! Also it’s so close to everything we wanted to see and had great restaurants nearby. There were lots of wildlife nearby as well!
Nothing truly took away from the experience — the floors are quite slanted where I could feel it walking into the room.
Second visit loved the relaxing atmosphere.
Were were in town to spend sunset and early evening with friends at James Turrell's Skyspace and didn't want to drive 2 hours home afterwards, so we stayed at this wonderful lodge walking distance away. The public areas were very comfortable and inviting, and we were very happy with our room.

This was a quaint historic Lodge. Beautiful area. Great amenities and extras
No microwave in the room. Snow was not removed and I slipped. TV was a little complicated in which remote does what. Your Outlook Lodge book desperately needs updating. Half of the places in there don't exist anymore. The TV channel lineup isn't correct, etc...

Had beautiful views a big bay window that you could set and listen to music read a book and just relax you can hear the birds singing early in the morning deer running around chasing each other it was amazing the carriage house and room 3 is where we stayed and we will definitely come again. room one looked very inviting the people that stayed there said it was very nice. I would like to bring our whole family here and do a weekend outing
. the price was a little high. I had saw a few other places that had lower price and breakfast was included that might be something you guys want to think about just like coffee bagels muffins boiled eggs like a continental breakfast that would be a good benefit to this

Beautiful Victorian lodge — loved the front porch, the decor, toiletries. Great location for enjoying GMF or accessing the main road to get further afield.
Unfortunately both the hot tub and fire circle weren't working during our stay. Staff were responsive when we reached out and made it up to us.
We have stayed at the Outlook Lodge a couple of times. It is a very nice property. It’s obvious the owners have great taste and care about quality - from the linens and toiletries to the furnishings and artwork - all stellar!
It’s a shared house - so the common areas are not always freely available. And, unfortunately, the firepit wasn’t working. But, otherwise it’s a lovely place and we will be back again! Jennifer, the manager, was very accommodating and lovely.
Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet, hat britisches Flair!!! Die Kosmetikartikel, Seifen und Lotionen im Bad sind von hoher Qualität. Bereits beim Eintreten in die Unterkunft fühlt man sich wohl und willkommen! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls Traumhaft, und in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich gute Lokale!
Es war alles toll, es gibt nichts zu kritisieren!
