Please note that final cleaning is included in the room rate. Daily cleaning is not offered. For bookings of 7 days or more, the room will be cleaned once per week. Towels will be changed every seven days, bed linen will be changed every 14 days. An additional towel or bed linen change is possible for an additional fee.

Our stay in the apartment was truly wonderful. The location is quiet and convenient, with an S-Bahn station just a 10-minute walk away and a supermarket nearby. The room was very well equipped — there was a great and very diverse selection of dishes, everything needed for cooking, a hairdryer, etc.

Another advantage was the availability of a laundry service, which was very convenient. It was offered for an additional fee of €4.

Cons:

As for the downsides, the heating system did not always work properly. At times, we were unable to turn it on, which made the apartment feel quite cold, especially the bathroom. Because of this, it was also not always possible to dry the towels properly. Unfortunately, when I asked how to resolve this issue, I did not receive an answer.
Another drawback was the pillows — they did not hold their shape, so we had to fold them several times to make sleeping comfortable. I believe they should be replaced.
Regarding the bathroom, water sometimes leaked from the shower onto the floor, and there was no cloth or mop available to clean it up. It might be worth reviewing the shower setup or providing cleaning cloths for guests.

Also I would recommend to provide more towels.

In primul rind e o zona nu prea buna,drum rau de tot!Personal deloc placut,am trimis mesaje nimeni nu a raspuns!Poate au lasat ceva informatii dar eu si sotul nu am vazut!Am fost cazati la etajul doi cu doi maturi si patru copii nu mi sa parut ok stiind ca sunt copii ma gindeam ca jos o sa fim cazati,era usa doar de iesire de linga numarul nostru da de intrare trebuia sa caram hainele ,copiii si totul necesar dintr un capat in altul !Patul pentru cuplu erau unite si deloc confortabil,televizorul nimic nu gasesti pe el nici youtube nici netflix nimic doar citeva canale in limba germana!Nimic recomandari sa maninci pe undeva aproape!Spalatoria de haine au da singur trebuie sa o cauti si nici nu ai spus ca ai nevoie si de praf de spalat!Nimic informatii nu am primit si nici nu raspundeau!Am fos dezamagiti tare!

Tijdens ons verblijf in het hotel in Berlijn waren zowel de faciliteiten als het personeel uitstekend. De kamers waren modern, schoon en goed uitgerust, met comfortabele bedden en een rustige sfeer.

Het personeel — in het bijzonder Matthias — verdient speciale waardering: hij was vriendelijk, betrokken en altijd bereid om te helpen. De service voelde warm en professioneel. Vragen werden snel beantwoord en we kregen duidelijke tips voor activiteiten in de stad.

Kortom: een fantastisch verblijf met topfaciliteiten en geweldig personeel. Absoluut een aanrader voor een verblijf in Berlijn!

Czystość obiektu, wyposażenie , wygodne łóżka w sypialni.

Cons:

Popękane ściany w sypialni, grzyb na fugach pod prysznicem, cienkie ściany - słychać każdy ruch osób mieszkających na wyższym piętrze, w tym metalowe schody, którymi schodzi się na parter. W dniu wyjazdu lracownicy obsługi (sprzątający) zaglądali przez okno do kuchni sprawdzając, czy jesteśmy - to nie było miłe. Dojście do linii kolejki S mało bezpieczne, zwłaszcza nocą (brak chodnika, słabo oświetlone, dużo kszaków). Niezbyt przyjemna, industrialna okolica. W naszym apartamencie byla awaria kanalizacyjna, tzn. odpływ działał, ale dziura w podłodze była zakryta dwoma deskami. Właściciel powinien o tym uprzedzić, ewentualnie zaproponować rabat, w zamian usłyszeliśmy, że nie moze zaproponować nam innego pokoju i zapłaciliśmy pełną stawkę za wynajem.
