Selve hotellet godt- området kedeligt.

Nicht wirklich wieder

Personal einmal kurz gesehen freundlich die Ferienwohnung war OK alles sauber haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Ungefähr 15.min vom Bahnhof entfernt im Industriegebiet so jedenfalls haben wir es empfunden.Weiterhin war die erste Nacht bis 1.30Uhr nicht an Schlaf zu denken lautes Türen knallen laute Musik der anderen Gäste (Jugendliche)usw.Man sagt ja nichts wenn es mal ne Stunde länger geht wie 22.00Uhr (Nachtruhe) aber wenn man nicht schlafen kann ist das richtig böse.

Mit Abstand die schlechteste Hotelerfahrung meines Lebens

Ich reise beruflich und privat sehr viel und habe bereits Hotels aller Kategorien besucht. Was ich hier erlebt habe, hat jedoch sämtliche negativen Erwartungen übertroffen.

Das Zimmer wirkte extrem beengt und erinnerte eher an eine Gefängniszelle als an eine Unterkunft, in der man sich wohlfühlen soll. Die verwendeten Materialien machten einen ausgesprochen billigen Eindruck, und an den Badarmaturen befand sich sogar Schimmel. Zusätzlich war die Luft im Zimmer stickig und unangenehm.

Die Zimmer sind zudem extrem hellhörig. Gespräche, Türen, Schritte und andere Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur waren deutlich hörbar. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass die Vorhänge kaum abdunkeln. Bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden fällt viel Licht ins Zimmer.

Die Unterkunft wirkte weniger wie ein Hotel und eher wie eine Mischung aus Monteursunterkunft, Langzeitwohnheim und Übergangsunterkunft. Entsprechend war die Atmosphäre unruhig und wenig einladend.

Die Lage ist ein Kapitel für sich. Die Unterkunft liegt praktisch abgeschnitten von allem. Eine vernünftige Anbindung gibt es nicht. Bereits die Anfahrt war problematisch: Die komplette Straße bis zur Unterkunft ist nicht beleuchtet, voller riesiger Schlaglöcher und wir haben uns dabei sogar das Fahrzeug beschädigt. In der Umgebung befinden sich Baustellen, sodass man zusätzlich mit Lärm konfrontiert wird. Der Ausblick? Eine Baustelle. Die Atmosphäre? Eher Industriegebiet als Urlaub. In den Abendstunden hielten sich regelmäßig Obdachlose in der unmittelbaren Umgebung auf.

Besonders bemerkenswert war, dass für jedes Problem sofort eine Ausrede parat war. Fehlende Beleuchtung? Man könne keine installieren, weil sie angeblich gestohlen würde. Schlaglöcher? Nicht die Verantwortung des Hotels. Defekte oder nicht funktionierende Einrichtungen? Auch dafür gab es stets eine Erklärung, aber keine Lösung.
