La atención del personal muy bien el cuarto en buen estado

Cons:

Se me hace una falta de educación por parte del hotel. No dejar una botella con agua en el cuarto como la mayoría de los hoteles lo hacen 😡

The Rooms were clean and quiet

Cons:

I didn’t like that the staff working at the desk , especially one of the women, seemed rude. She didn’t smile and looked like she was mad all the time. Bad customer service.

Tardaron una hora en asignarme la habitación y en entregarme tarjetas de acceso a la habitación porque el sistema de control de puertas de las habitaciones no funcionaba llegué a las 10 de la noche y me las entregaron las llaves o tarjeta de acceso a las 11:45 de la noche

Cons:

La incapacidad de la recepcionista para resolver el problema de las tarjetas de acceso para las habitaciones el aroma en la habitacion era un aroma a comida y las almohadas de la habitación estaban muy duras y las camas muy altas el ruido en la habitación era aceptable
