Estuve ahi por 10 dias ..excelente sevicio de los empleados..muy limpio todo..el consulado y todo lo que necesitaba esta muy cerca..mucha seguridad alrededor..yo realmente lo recomiendo.

Great stay , very clean , very spacious! Great place to stay

Nice place and helpful staff. AC was a lifesaver. They don't have cooking supplies in the room but they offer different sets to purchase. 5 minute walk to the consulate. It felt safe walking there during the day. Our room didn't have a smart TV but that was alright because we decided to go the mall every day and see many films at the cinema. Great mall to kill time walking around, getting food, coffee. 5/5 would stay again.

Cleanliness rooms

This property was unsafe the manager threaten us because we let them know they had roches. And the phone was broken. There was water on the floor coming from the fridge. When we made a complaint he was very mean and said if we made a bad review they said said we would be sorry. We feared for our lifes that we decided to leave and book at antger hotel maria bonita and we had a total different experiences. We submitted a claim i have not heard anything

We chose to stay at this Hotel based on the reviews it had. I now wonder if those reviews are real. Where do I start, this suite was advertised to have a kitchenet and it did. However it was never mentioned that there was extraction above the stove. If you decided to cook the, smell and smoke would stay in your room and in your clothes. It's like cooking in your bedroom with no ventilation. They have a window that opens about 3 inches, however the window has no screen. We had so many mosquitos in our room, it was horrible. You can smell whatever anyone else cooks. We had to put towels all around our door to try and keep the smells out. We decided not to cook at all, instead we said let's enjoy the pool. We got to the pool area jumped in because it was hot. I slowly started to notice that the water was murky, I couldn't see my feet at all. I got out and never got in again. I checked the next day thinking that maybe it would get cleaned. Nope, I was there for 12 days. The waster just kept getting darker. We then decided to spend our time in the gym. The gym had non-working equipment only 1 treadmill was working. They have a large mirror with a huge crack right in the middle, that thing can crack on someone at any moment. The laundry room smells like dirty sewer water all the time! Don't dare ask for anything extra even if you offer to pay for it. The answer was always no, everything is counted. What does that even mean? I wanted extra pillows and toilet paper.

Carlos is the man in charge and takes great care of his guests as does the staff
