La paz que se respira en la piscina

Cons:

Alrededor no hay mucha cosa por visitar lo unico el super que esta a 200 m. Lecce esta cerca y es precioso para conocer!

Lugnt, väldigt fin pool och poolområde! Stort och bekvämt för 2 personer

Cons:

Saknade utrustning i köket, exp köks knivar, ugn och Micro. Hade varit trevligt om det fanns någon form av vinglas också

Un sogno in Salento
Pros:

Residence veramente bello, pulito e di classe. Si ha il servizio da hotel con la comodità dell’appartamento. Spero di tornare presto. La piscina veramente bella e pulita. Il receptionist Igor sempre attento a ogni esigenza. Inoltre la struttura e pet friendly.

On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps
Pros:

L'appartement était à la hauteur des attentes avec une belle terrasse, une bonne literie, une salle de bain top. La piscine est grande et super bien entretenue. La plage est à 600 mètres, Lecce à 20 minutes.

Cons:

Le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine et l'absence de personnel en fin d'après-midi pour avoir accès au bar.

Era un apartamento con mucha luz y todos los utensilios necesarios. El trato del personal muy bueno.
La piscina grande y muy cuidada. Una buena ubicación.

Se non avessimo avuto tali disagi, la struttura è una buona struttura , il personale molto, molto gentile

Tre giorni su cinque non è funzionata l’aria condiziona, bidet rotto (si è allagato il bagno) e acqua fredda non arrivava , mi aspettavo almeno uno sconto per i disagi ma niente

Leuk, ruim opgezet complex. Met beperkte zwemtijden.
Pros:

Gezien onze aankomst na receptie uren moesten wij opzoek naar de schoonmaker voor de sleutels van ons appartement. We liepen haar al gauw tegen het lijf en werden meer dan vriendelijke naar ons appartement gebracht nadat we de auto op de door haar aangewezen plek hadden geparkeerd. We konden via de achterpoort binnendoor van de parkeerplaats naar ons appartement lopen.
Het is een mooi ruim opgezet appartement, een grote koelkast, eethoek, zithoek, badkamer en slaapkamer. Ook is er buiten een grote patio die fijn is afgesloten voor eventuele kleine kinderen.

Een fijn zwembad met een klein overdekt terras.

Bij uitchecken hebben wij onze ervaring gedeeld met de vriendelijke receptionist. Dit werd goed ontvangen.

Integendeel wat andere recensies schrijven, vonden wij het een aangename buurt. Meerdere restaurants, bar en supermarkt op loopafstand. Zondagavond lijken de buurtbewoners hier alle samen te komen en hangt er een leuke gezellige sfeer. Wij hebben hier dan ook van mee mogen genieten.

Cons:

De vouw douchedeuren op de badkamer waren niet praktisch met instappen en sloot het niet voldoende af.
De badkamerdeur loopt aan over de vloer, waardoor deze niet soepel opent en met aanzienlijke kracht moet worden opengeschoven.
We miste parasols bij het zwembad. Helaas stond er in de huisregels dat het zwembad tussen 13.00 en 16.00 gesloten is, dit hebben wij niet op booking.com kunnen terug vinden.

the place is well cared, clean, therer is the swimming pool that is really a bonus.

it is close to best beaches in the area

Cons:

San Cataldo, the village where the resident is located, is a ghost town, and there is always a smell coming from a depurtaor in a nearby area
