Personnel adorable et disponible. La grande terrasse, le petit déjeuner et la piscine sont très bien. La proximité de l'entrée au parc national est un gros plus. Cet établissement est très recommandable !

Kleines uns sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit tollem Pool. Sehr zentraler Lage. Nationalpark und Strand sind gleich ums Eck. Die Zimmer sind kleine aber zweckmäßig und sauber, die Klimaanlage top und das Frühstück reichlich und sehr lecker

Guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in Tortuguero war echt super organisiert durch die Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Für den Preis absolut top.
Auch die Touren kann man gut über die Unterkunft buchen. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Durch offenes Fenster höhere Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum.

Grosse déception
Pros:

La piscine

Cons:

Très déçue. La chambre était au rdc et la seule fenêtre donnait sur un débarras où ils entreposent de vieux matelas et autres débris. Les toilettes ne marchaient pas. Et la salle de bains : des trous dans le carrelage pour l'évacuation et un branchement électrique au niveau du pommeau de douche avec fils et dominos apparents. C'était glauque et miteux. Ils ont accepté de me changer pour une chambre au 1er étage ce qui était un peu mieux (fenêtre dégagée et WC opérationnels mais sdb idem).
En outre, ils faisaient des travaux à l'entrée de l'hôtel, donc impression de passer par une décharge pour arriver + bruits. Bref, grosse déception.

Me gusto mucho como l9 gestiona la dueña o la q atiende fueron muy amables me recogieron desde cierto lugar y me llevaron hasta el hotel y eso es de agradecer ya q llovía y fue el último bote q cogí pero me recogieron desde el último bus ya q fue un viaje muy largo
Y a la vuelta en bote fue toda una experiencia nos esperaron a la llegada y nos embarcaron en taxi hasta el próximo hotel
Ah y el desayuno excelente 👌

Cons:

Bueno el tours en canoa q no hubo muchas explicaciones además casi no vimos animales pero también debo decir q llovía mucho y seguro a tenido q ver eso

Hôtel bien placé à un prix très abordable avec piscine, mais forte humidité dans la chambre a réduit notre confort

La piscine très agréable et le petit déjeuner très bon. Très bon emplacement.

Cons:

Les murs de la chambre dégoulinaient d’humidité, le sol était mouillé, et la tablette d’étagère du haut n’était pas nettoyée.

Het zwembad is een grote plus
Pros:

De accommodatie ligt buiten het drukke gebied, tegen het nationale park aan. Het zwembad was heerlijk in de Tortuguese warmte. Het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Wat we écht hebben gemist, is dat er geen (koel) drankje of snack was te verkrijgen. Er kan alleen worden ontbeten, terwijl het zitgedeelte bij het zwembad nu juist uitnodigt om er in de warmte uit te puffen met een koud frisdrankje. Na onze boottocht en de plakkerig warme 10 minuten loop/sjouw met koffers vanaf het haventje, moesten we weer een eind terug lopen om wat te kunnen drinken. En het is in de vroege ochtend lawaaierig vanwege gasten die heel vroeg ontbijten vanwege een excursie. Daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen uiteraard, behalve misschien aan luidruchtige groepen aandacht vragen voor de andere gasten.

Pros:

Si bien es uno de los hoteles más alejados, la ventaja es que está más cerca de la entrada al parque. También es más facil que algunos animales pasen cerca y los puedas ver desde la misma piscina del hotel. El personal fue espectacular. Son todos muy amables.

Der Pool war seh gut für eine Abkühlung. Das Frühstück war lecker. Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Es gab kein Safe im Zimmer. Man hört praktisch alles was seine Nachbarn sagen oder machen, weil es überhalb der Türe offen ist und kein Fenster hat. Man hat daher etwas wenig Privatsphäre
