Super helpful staff and a lovely hotel
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and the aircon worked really well which was great as it was so hot when I visited. There was a good selection for breakfast and the staff were so helpful with suggestions such as where to park for visiting the cittadella and helping with logistics for a wedding, booking taxis and even ironing a shirt for me when no ironing boards were available! It's a fairly small hotel but I think that means they really put a lot more effort into the guest experience. The car park was spacious and reception was open late at night too for late check-in.

Cons:

There isn't a great deal within immediate walking distance of the hotel but if you hire a car you're all set because there's a good car park and the cittadella is only a 10 minute drive away

Quello che uno desidera di trovare quando viaggia
Pros:

Il silenzio intorno alla struttura, la pulizia sia interna che esterna, la professionalità e la cortesia di tutto il personale, la struttura e l'insonorizzazione delle camere. Ottima colazione. Accoglienza che ti fa sentire a casa.

Cons:

Unici difetti almeno nella nostra camera indicato solo per permettere di migliorarsi, un miscelatore del lavabo troppo duro (apertura e chiusura) e la rumorosità dell'aria condizionata con sibilo continuo!

Pros:

Soggiorno eccellente in una struttura spaziosa e accogliente. Il punto di forza è stata senza dubbio l’area benessere: il fatto che spa e sauna fossero private ha garantito un relax esclusivo. Molto belle e curate anche le stanze

Cons:

L’unico aspetto negativo è stato che, nella suite prenotata, il riscaldamento non funzionava. Il personale, però, è stato molto pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità e ci ha prontamente offerto un'altra stanza.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, es gab ausreichend Platz und Ablageflächen, auch das Bad war großzüigig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und vielfältig.

Cons:

In die Steckdose am Schreibtisch passte der Stecker vom Notebook leider nicht. An der Zimmertür gab es eine passende Steckdose, das Notebook musste dann dort aufgeladen werden. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, Schritte obendrüber waren relativ laut zu hören. Obwohl die Klimaanlage nicht in Betrieb war, gab es darin ein Rauschen und ein Tropfgeräusch.
