Einfach wunderschön

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, mit einer fantastischen Lage
Personal unfassbar aufmerksam und freundlich, das Restaurant überrascht einen jeden Tag neu.

Hier werden Leib und Seele verwöhnt
Pros:

Die Aussicht, der Service, das Essen, die Stimmung - alles perfekt.
Die schönste Überraschung war für uns das kulinarische Verwöhnprogramm. Ob a la carte, Menü oder als Höhepunkt das Sternedinner im Astra. Alles hat perfekt gepasst und hat uns sehr inspiriert.
Wir werden diesen Zufallsfund auf jeden Fall in Ehren halten.

Very pretty, but….
Pros:

The restaurant area is beautiful, we enjoyed the most magnificent sunset as we had our dinner. Every common area was very nicely decorated and clean. The dinner was very good.

Cons:

The walls of the room was dirty. The outside jakuzzi smelled very bad and it was also dirty, with some white slime sticking to my bathsuit. The breakfast is not worth the price, quite mediocre in quality, and it would make much more sense to allow the guests to take whatever they like from a buffet.

Très bel hôtel très bien situé, repas assez cher mais lié au standing de l'hôtel

La chambre spacieuse avec balcon, vue sur la montagne , personnel très sympathique

Le petit déjeuner thé et croissant facturés 18€ comme un petit déjeuner buffet....

Pros:

Eine kleine Challenge bis zur Unterkunft, aber oben angekommen war es jeden Kilometer wert. Sehr freundliches Personal und immer ein Lachen im Gesicht. Wir haben uns sehr heimisch gefüllt, da der komplette Umgang mit Personal und Abläufe unkompliziert verlief. Einfach genial.

Gut, aber eher „kühl“ und nicht herzlich.
Pros:

Toller Blick, geräumiges Zimmer, schöner Pool, schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Bar und Speisebereich

Cons:

Es fehlt irgendwie das Willkommenheissen, die „Wärme“, der herzliche Empfang. Es erschien alles ein wenig unpersönlich im Umgang, wenig familiär. Zum richtigen wohlfühlen fehlte uns ein hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner, der verfügbar war.

Preis- Leistung sehr gut. Frühstück optional zubuchbar, wird am Tisch serviert und ist qualitativ sehr gut. Neue hochwertige Zimmerausstattung. Ruhig gelegen, schöner naher Spazierweg. Kosten für Haustiere sind angemessen.

Pros:

Da simpatia do staff, especialmente. O recepcionista Ifi nos recebeu com alegria e bom humor. É uma pessoa agradável e disponível. As senhoras do café da manhã também foram muito simpáticas. Os aposentos são ótimos, limpos e modernos.

Cons:

Nada nos desagradou no hotel. Super recomendamos!

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal.Tolles Essen! Besonders das Frühstück ist Top, aber auch das täglich wechselnde Abendmenü. Ein Highlight sind auch die Bestellungen von Drinks und Snacks an den Poolbereich. Der beiheizte Außenpool kann bei jeder Wetterlage genutzt werden.
Alle waren sehr Hundefreundlich!
