Pros:

Het personeel is ongelooflijk attent en denkt echt aan de kleinste details: van een lippenbalsem als welkomstgeschenk tot een handige tas waarin je de badjas en handdoeken – die je van hen krijgt – mee kunt nemen naar het zwembad.

Wir sind rundum glücklich, es war einfach traumhaft
Pros:

Ein ganz besonderer Ort, das Team ist , soweit ein Gast es bemerken kann super aufgestellt und freundlich. Und für die Küche gibt es nur ganz großes Lob, fantastisch! Schön ist auch das Frühstück ohne Buffet sondern sehr köstlich auf einer Etagere serviert.
Für uns blieb kein Wunsch offen. Gerne wieder!

Absolut gar nichts.

Siamo stati molto bene e se torneremo a sciare in zona vorremmo sicuramente tornarci

Centro benessere, panorama, parcheggio coperto, buona cucina, gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

La sauna spesso era chiusa per un sistema che se metti acqua in eccesso sui carboni salta la corrente e diventa inutilizzabile, metterei un cartello oppure non darei la possibilità di mettere l’ acqua.
Andando a sciare e alzandoci presto normalmente sarebbe stato per noi migliore avere la colazione servita dalle 7 la mattina anziché le 7,30, anche se lo staff è disponibile a consegnare alle 7,30 un sacchetto con colazione.

Pros:

Da Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und verständinisvoll, das Panorama aus der Terrasse ist großartig.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte die Sauna nicht, als wir ankamen. Das lag vielleicht auch daran, dass wir aufgrund der vielen Staus auf der Strecke später als geplant ankamen.
