Cost effective, comfortable enough stay
Pros:

I only stayed at Bright Star for one night but was able to get a good enough feel for the place. I'll start off with the things that could be improved...Electricity, this went off around 3 times during the day and night that I was there, it meant that there was no air conditioning and I was woken up from sleep twice when I became too hot. They should consider investing in a generator and/or solar energy.

I ordered food which took 2 hours to be prepared and then there was an issue towards the end which made it inedible. They quickly resolved this and made me something new, I had to wait again but the final product was yummy.

The good...Very welcoming and friendly staff. Even with the mishap they were very polite and accommodating. My room was clean and when there was electricity, the AC worked just fine. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with no disturbances. It had an outdoor pool, next to the bar area which had a good selection of beverages. They had a vehicle on site that could take people around and it was cost effective, though you can negotiate. Free breakfast option available. Overall, I felt that it was a good option for a quick stop over, especially as the price is very good.

Not a three star let alone a bight star
Pros:

Booked in for seven nights. Left after one. Too many things that were not right for us. Good use of photos by them.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer an sich war Ok. Leider hatte das Badezimmer, obwohl das Resort anscheinend neu war, einen sehr alten Eindruck gemacht. Sah schmutzig aus und die Toilettenspülung funktionierte mehrere Tage nicht.

Pros:

I booked a room with king bed, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, etc; but the hotel staff decided with no explanation that we were going to stay in a horrible tiny room with tiny bed and felt like an oven in there 24/7. It took more than 2 days to get back the room we paid for - with no competition. The breakfast was alright, but it's the torturous experience there that I'll remember the most. I would never recommend this place to anyone, even when on a bugdet.
