Simple but Good
Pros:

Good value for money; basic standard, but has everything you need for a short stay. Newly opened, so nice and clean. Area not central but OK; do try the Sam Raan SPA down the road! One tip to the hotel: Front-desk staff should be recommended not to call guests BEFORE check-out time to make them leave. It's quite annoying. If you are fully booked (which wasn't the case), you might consider doing it 15-20 minutes AFTER check-out time, but not BEFORE.
