Schimmel im Fensterrahmen, Betten durchgelegen, nur kaltes Wasser, Farbe im
Bad bröckelt ab, Rezeption kaum besetzt, Kommunikation stark eingeschränkt (eine Dame konnte englisch), Frühstück und Ausstattung im Restaurant schlecht, Sauna und Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht gefunden….
Das alles bei einem Zimmerpreis von 216€ pro Nacht!

Parkplatz groß, Rezeption zeitweise besetzt, Restaurant geschlossen, Frühstück lieblos hingestellt, kein Personal in Sicht, keine Marmelade, Selbstbedienung, Käsescheiben schon angetrocknet, Auswahl gering, friss oder stirb. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber, aber Lüftung im Bad saumäßig laut. W-Lan nicht vorhanden, Fernseher funktioniert daher nicht wirklich oder gar nicht und Handy auch nicht. Schade, wir empfehlen das Hotel auf keinen Fall.

Ein Haar auf dem Bettlaken kann einem den Aufenthalt sehr vermiesen…das Personal konnte am Abend kein Lunchpaket herstellen anstatt einem Frühstück am Morgen…sehr unflexibel…die Ausstattung ist ziemlich heruntergekommen, es müsste dringend etwas getan werden…

Für meine Zwecke ausreichend, ich würde wegen des Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses allerdings eher nicht mehr buchen

Das Zimmer hat leider sehr muffig gerochen.Das WLAN hat nirgendwo funktioniert, auch im Frühstücksraum hatte man kein Internet.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war etwas dürftig für den Preis und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war hier ebenfalls nicht wirklich groß.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte nicht. Für 130 € die Nacht erwartete ich zumindest stabiles W-Lan, wenn man schon keine reguläre Internetverbindung hat. Frühstück verbesserungswürdig, alles abgepackt, Aufback-Brötchen, Fertig-Rührei aus dem Ofen, kein frisches Obst/Obstsalat. Restaurant war geschlossen (wohl saisonbedingt). Lichtschalter im Zimmer an unmöglichen Stellen und kaum zu finden.

Sehr schön dagewesen zu sein
Pros:

Sehr kompetenter und warmer Empfang, es wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt, und auch Freizeitmöglichkeiten hingewiesen, sehr nett und zuvorkommend von der Rezeption bis zum Abschied nach dem Frühstück, jederzeit gerne wieder.
