Fantastyczny pobyt – z przyjemnością wrócimy tutaj ponownie i gorąco polecamy ten hotel każdemu!
Pros:

Przepiękne położenie hotelu nad jeziorem, wspaniałe widoki i bardzo przyjemna atmosfera. Śniadania były pyszne i każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Obsługa była niezwykle miła, pomocna i profesjonalna – zawsze uśmiechnięta i gotowa pomóc. Pokoje były czyste i zadbane. Dodatkowym atutem była świetna muzyka i możliwość prawdziwego wypoczynku. To miejsce ma wyjątkowy klimat.

Cons:

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie.

Mittelmäßiges Hotel mit schlechtem Personal.
Pros:

Der See ist schön

Cons:

Das Personal war unfähig und extrem unfreundlich, vor allem beim Restaurant.

Es gab keine sinnvolle Möglichkeit mehr, vor der Abreise noch zu kurz zu sitzen, außer in einer kleinen stinkenden Kammer, die sich die Rezeption nennt.

Schlaf in Ruhe möglich, Frühstück mengenmäßig ausreichend, keine Motivation zur Wiederbuchung.

Wunderbare Lage,

Cons:

Anlage insgesamt herunter gekommen, teils schmuddelig, Rezeption nur stundenweise besetzt, Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich. Frühstück gab es ab 07.00 Uhr, um 08.00 Uhr war auf den Tischen im Außenbereich das Geschirr vom Vorabend nicht abgeräumt, Tische nicht abgewischt, wer trotzdem im Freien sitzen wollte wurde unfreundlich wieder in den Innenbereich geschickt, Anlage insgesamt stark renovierungsbedürftig. Nach 22.00 Uhr keinerlei Möglichkeit ein Getränk zu bekommen, auch nicht an einem Automaten.

Die Lage direkt am See ist natürlich unschlagbar

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Man befindet sich fast auf der Besucherterrasse des Restaurants, daher wenig Privatsphäre.
Kein Zugang zum See zum Baden.

Sehr nettes Personal, Lage direkt am See! Pinseria war auch gut.

Cons:

Mit einem Erdgeschosszimmer zur Straße und zum Parkplatz hatte ich leider eher Pech, das war nicht so angenehm.

Chyba nie chcę tu wrócić.
Pros:

Dobre śniadanie, ładny widok.

Cons:

Nie miła obsługa w recepcji, pani nie wyraziła chęci pomocy w zaistniałej sytuacji, skarżyła się tylko jakie ma zawsze problemy z Bookingiem. Musieliśmy zapłacić drugi raz za hotel, a to była sprawa między hotelem a Bookingiem to chyba nie są europejskie standardy.

War OK für eine Nacht
Pros:

Direkt am See aber dafür einen kleinen Zaun am Strand. Man konnte das Wasser nicht anfassen. Die Bedienung hat kein Eiskaffee gehabt aber dafür einen schönen Erdbeeren-Eisbecher gemacht.

Cons:

Eine neue Person an der Rezeption. Wir sollte die Straßen abfahren um ein Parkplatz zu suchen obwohl das Hotel ein eigene Parkplatz hat. Er hat gesagt dass alle Gäste Frühstück bekommen - hat nicht gestimmt.

Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Check in. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon oder Terrasse habe ich leider nicht erhalten. War etwas schade.
