Uruselt hotell i Mahalapye
Pros:

Hur ett så uruselt och dåligt underhållet hotell kan betinga priser som detta är helt obegripligt. I stort sett inget på hotellet fungerade. Natten efter bodde vi på ett nästan nybyggt, rent, vackert fantastiskt bra hotell i Gaborone för i stort sett samma pris. Det var två skilda världar!

Pros:

Overall, service very poor. Yard poorly maintained. Poor communication between management and front desk: booked room on 26 Sept. arrived on 3 Oct. and no-one new at front desk knew about my arrival. The room chosen was no longer available. Simply terrible experience. After complaining with front-desk staff, two days later management was unaware....simply disgusting.

Bad surprise
Pros:

When we (a group of 5 adults) arrived at the hotel and shown our chalets we then went to look for something to eat. we were told that the restaurant was open until about 10pm. But the kitchen staff told us, in a way to put us off eating there, that it took 2 hours to prepare a meal !! we then went out to a Wimpy. The breakfast included in the room rate was only for 1 person although the rooms were for 2. We had to pay extra for 2 breakfasts.
