amazing staff, greeting desserts in the room, very extraordinar ambience, the hidden door to the rooms, service.

Cons:

It is for sure extremely overpriced but I guess you pay for the special ambience. The light is quite dark and if you want to make up yourself, it's very challenging.
There was no make up mirror. Not enough place in the bathroom to hang the towels.
The huge window is not very soundproof, so you can hear a lot of noises from outside.

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything is exceptional . The staff are very professional yet kind . They go above and beyond to make your stay to be the absolute best. I will surely book my stay here again for a longer period . You can also enjoy all the facilities within paradise city , including CIMER spa and wonderbox .

Cons:

I wish there’s a way to cast Netflix or Disney to the TV. I was trying to figure it out but it seems it doesn’t have that capability. Other than that everything is perfect.
