Pros:

Fueron muy amables con nosotros, se preocuparon de que la colada estuviera lista en el mismo día incluso. La habitación y el hotel en si, estan bien. Desayuno abundante.

Cons:

Unicamente la localizacion, quiza un poco alejada de todo el centro. La piscina aun recien llena, no parecia lo mejor. Obras al lado.

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé : de l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à la chambre, de la possibilité d'emprunter gratuitement des vélos en passant évidemment par la gentillesse de Nam et de son équipe. Tout a été parfait pour nos deux nuits.

Nam nous a donné de superbes conseils, notamment un atelier pour faire du café ainsi qu'une adresse pour les robes sur mesure. Il nous a également conseillé pour la suite de notre voyage, nous le remercions grandement !

The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was well served. Bikes were available and convenient. I had expected the room would have had a small balcony.

Cons:

It was unfortunate that the pool was out of use and building work was taking place adjacent to the hotel.

Pros:

De behulpzaamheid van Nam; we zijn echt heel warm ontvangen, hij gaf ons een welkomstdrankje en fijne tips. Het ontbijt was echt super! Je kon eten wat je wilde. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt

Het was jammer dat het zwembad leeg was, dat moest gerepareerd worden geloof ik.

Pros:

Absolut fantastisches Hotel! Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt, die Auswahl vom Frühstück ist groß und man kann so viel auswählen, wie man will. Die Altstadt ist in 10 bis 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, somit ist die Lage ideal. Man ist etwas Abseits vom Trubel, kann aber jederzeit problemlos hin laufen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und bemüht es jedem Gast recht zu machen und man wird in allen Fragen , Anliegen oder Wünschen bestens unterstützt. Generell herrscht dort eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich wohl und willkommen fühlt. Es gibt einen Waschservice, einen Scooterservice und kostenlose Fahrräder. Alles in allem ein 10 von 10. Sollte ich nochmal nach Hoi An kommen, dann werde ich definitiv wieder dort übernachten!

Perfect! 100% would come back.
Pros:

Nam, the manager, was so accomodating to us. He helped us regarding what attractions to visit, what restaurants to eat at and even helped us with booking tours and transportation. He replies very quick whenever we have a query. The accommodation was so clean, staff were friendly, location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons:

Nothing! Although the pool was out of service, it didn't affect our stay at all.

Pros:

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower were also big and the shower independent.
The personnel were attentive and kind. The breakfast was also delicious.
They have bikes that customers can use to go to the old town or anywhere else.

Cons:

The swimming pool was not available and unfortunately there was construction in the building next to the hotel, but it didn't bothered me.

We have a really excellent time at Ivy Villa. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and accomodating. Excellent communication prior to us getting there. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty. The free bikes were great an allowed us to explore around the local area freely.
