Friendly helpful staff.

Pros:

Sehr sauber, moderne, nicht heruntergekommene einrichtung. Betten für asiatische Verhältnisse gut.

Baustelle direkt neben an (aktuell noch nicht super laut, aber direkt neben dem Pool was die Liegen schmutzig macht)

Good hotel but not a 4 star
Pros:

The room was comfortable and I appreciated the breakfast a la carte to order 1 easy before, although I would expect also a small buffet, at least for drinks. Location is good, 1.5km off from the busy Hoi An center (25 min. walking or a few minutes by Grab) and 4.5km to the beach, an easy bike ride offered by the accommodation for free. Nice spas and coffee bars nearby.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool is now 20 cm away from a construction site (!) and definitely not private or appealing :( that's a pity! Receptionists are a bit absent and more focused on their smartphones than on the guests, not really professional.

Gutes und günstiges Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern in sehr guter Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!

Cons:

Direkt nebenan war leider eine Baustelle und daher war es manchmal laut und der Pool war geschlossen

Great place to stay with a lovely host, note that location is a 20 min walk from the main town.
Pros:

Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Pool not able to be used due to construction next door. This did not affect our stay, and the room rate was good value to reflect this.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel, very courteous and welcoming staff. The rooms are well presented with tea and coffee facilities. Un fortunately the swimming pool cannot be usef due to some construction going on next door but should not be for much longer. Great location, 20 minute walk into town.

Cons:

Shame about the pool.

Séjour agréable à Ivy Villa
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé au centre de tout, des vélos sont à disposition gratuitement pour se déplacer ce qui est vraiment top !
La chambre était très bien également, 2 petites bouteilles d’eau et café/thé offerts tous les jours dans la chambre.
Le petit déjeuner était sur commande parmi une sélection la veille avec la possibilité de prendre autant qu’on voulait, sans limite.

Cons:

La piscine était hors service lors de notre séjour à cause de travaux sur le bâtiment voisin, nous avons été prévenus le matin de notre arrivée malheureusement.
Nous avons également demandé à laver et repasser notre linge mais celui-ci n’a pas été repassé (45.000 dongs par kg).

Okay, but would probably book elsewhere next time

The hotel is comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Great at helping you book activities.

Cons:

Currently the pool (the cover photo of the entire property) is closed and filled with construction debris. They acted like it’s a surprise to them, but this has clearly been going on since at least January based on other reviews. While the work hours aren’t too bad, there is pretty constant construction noise throughout the day. Location: 2 stars, faces a busy road, so the river/balcony view is really just a noisy street. Long walk to old town with several places where you have to walk in the street because the sidewalk is occupied by construction or parked vehicles. Considering how far away the location is from actual old town, I’d book somewhere else for the same price.

Pros:

Кровать, подушки удобные. Чистота с натягом, нужно было просить помыть пол. Балкон тоже весь в пыли, не посидеть.

Cons:

Нигде не указали что бассейн закрыт и вообще рядом стройка, даже в бронировании. Было шумно, я съехала в другое место.

Vi havde et skønt ophold hos Ivy Villa i Hoi An, det var helt fantastisk!
Pros:

Vi blev mødt af et venligt personale, som var hjælpsomme til at give os råd og anbefalinger til byen. Vi kunne låne gratis cykler af hotellet, jeg vil dog ikke anbefale at cykle inden i den gamle bydel, da der er mange mennesker, så hellere parkere cyklen inden. Morgenmaden var helt fantastisk og frisklavet, det var så lækkert! Og dejlige bløde senge, som man kender hjemmefra!

Cons:

De er lige nu i gang med at renovere et hus ved siden af, hvilket har sat poolen ud af brug. Vi fik at vide at den ville være klar inde for to dage, men den blev aldrig klar i løbet af de 5 dage, vi opholdt os på hotellet… Der er ca 15-20 min gågang ind til den gamle bydel, men med cyklerne blev det gjort lidt kortere
