The location was good
The reception area was nice and well presented . The receptionist was very welcoming .

The room was very hot even there’s a table fan . Room would benefit from upgrading and consider AC in the rooms.
Easy parking. Restaurant and bar on site. Large facility. Interesting and unique history. Creator of singer sewing machine created this house as his personal home.
The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Twin beds joined together by a hinge that wouldn’t latch, which causes a person to slip between the mattresses. Very hot in the room. A small fan, which could barely stand because the plastic base cracked and couldn’t hold the weight. Itchy stiff sheets. Good service is wonky. They have more than enough tables to seat over a hundred, but they keep reserved on all tables and I had to make a fuss to get seated by a window.
Breakfast was very good. Got an upgrade on the room which was excellent.

The location was excellent. Close by the shops and flat in regards to walking. All meals were really good. Staff worked extremely hard especially during the busy times eg coach party. From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff were all friendly and willing to help.

La piscine avec son Hammam et son sauna sont exceptionnels ! L'eau était à 26 degrés. Dommage que la partie spa ne fonctionnait pas.
Une salle de gym est à disposition avec de magnifiques équipements.
Le petit déjeuner est servi à table et c'est copieux.
Le repas du dîner est correct mais la carte reste peu varié.
On se gare très facilement et gratuitement.

Douche dans la baignoire.
Baignoire avec mauvaise évacuation et pas trop stable au delà de 60kg...
Moquette salle dans partie commune.
Le pire de tout c'est qu'à la date où nous sommes venus il y avait une fête foraine avec un niveau sonore insupportable !!! Et des travaux qui empêche la vue sur le front de mer.

Hi, we had a very nice stay. Great location of paignton town it's self, staff we found were really helpful and nice. The room we stay in, is a bit dated in decor, but we love that. The bed it's self was very comfortable. Really clean room. Plenty of places to sit down inside and out to relax and also parking in grounds car park is pretty to good. Over all i would stay he again.
The only thing we found was the breakfast, continental was find but cooked breakfast was not best quality for the price.

Everything was outdated need a refresh. Couldn't sleep as was too hot as towel radiator was left on and couldn't switch off.
