Nice Calm Place with high security
Pros:

Nice Place with high security. There are additional facilities in the room than a normal room. A Satellite TV channels would add more to the room.

Pros:

Good hotel with basic facilities in secure location. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Comfortable but need to improve.
Pros:

If you are looking for a view, you will be disappointed. The view from the hotel room was a dumping area (rubbish dump). Exit signs were not visible. You need to walk up to the fire escape to find the exit sign and couldn't see any sprinkler system. No fire plan was on the wall. Staff needs to clean the toilets during the routine cleaning in the morning.
Positive: The room was comfortable except for the first night. Once we complained about the problems in the room, the staff quickly moved us into another room. The hotel only had five guests while we were there. No free water bottles and had to pay for water bottles we asked for. I have been in different hotels as I have traveled (Sri Lanka and other countries) water bottle was available and was free. Recommendation: I feel this hotel needs an experienced manager so that everything will be checked before a guest arrives. A good hotel manager will be able to get the place well organised.
