Location. Walking distance to major malls. Personnels were helpful and pleasing - which I like.
This was a oldest wearing down hotel.
The cleaning standard was absolute zero

Staffs are not that friendly, they are not approachable. Room is nice but this is more like a motel.
they are inconsistent with the online booking, they dont monitor it online and when they where fully booked they will transfer you to a transient with a low quality that is not worth you paid for.
This is a dormitory type of place. I wouldn't call it a hotel, more like a motel. Pictures can be deceiving and I certainly was deceived. When we got there, all the rooms were in the second floor. The first floor are residences, I believe. The bathrooms were old and needs updating. There were no tables to put our things on. Lots of mosquitoes.
Need to request for additional floor mat since bathroom floor is flooding with just a few minutes of bathing
The hotel was comfortable and the location is very accessible. Price is very reasonable. I suggest to make some improvements on the hallways to make it more pleasant. Overall, we had a good stay.
I rent couple times in this hotel already so far so good and the owner nice person including his workers!
Near in paoay church,sandunes even in the restaurant.the problem is small rooms and they dont have any cabinet inside there room.but its ok for traveller.
The hotel is clean and good .However it is the noise that comes from their guest who are mostly group tours.They come and go in the wee hours in the morning.Doors keep banging and you could hear the noise and honking of there vans.There is no tissue paper in the bathroom because according to the staff they run out of it.
The place was affordable, but it was very small. There's a little bed, small side table and a little closet, That's pretty much it. No toiletries, no breakfast. The service was nonexistent. You are pretty much getting what you paid for.
