Got stuck in the elevator, while the other one was already down. The best they could offer was “sorry about that.” Ruined our Christmas Day, will not be back. Messy pool area, shower needs to be cleaned better.

Great staff, pretty good hotel. Complementary accommodations where Great breakfasts/drinks. Will revisit, and likely to recommend.

Our room upon arrival was very good.
The following day we asked for room cleaning service.
It was very “partial “ but when we inquired and questioned their minimal service we were then treated quite well. Upon departure we left a thank you note and an appreciation tip.
Totally recommend this property whether you stay long or a short periods of time.
Food and Bar on site are very good.
Staff all around deserve huge gratitude as they all went above and beyond to make sure our experience was positive.

Property was well maintained and clean.

Perfect location for Grayton casino. They offer free Shuttle rides to the casino also. rooms are nice and clean. Service is excellent. Recommended.

The room was decent to an extent but the couch in the room needs to be replace the arm rest material is torn. The staff was not as friendly and accommodating. There were a few announcements I believe should have been told to me as I checked in: complimentary snacks and beverages ( I missed it due to not knowing this was provided). There was a water shut-off the next day, which I never received a notice in-person, through a note, or via phone text. When I call to inquire on not being able to receive water. No staff ever suggested to accommodate the inconvenience on not being able to use the shower or bath tub. I decided to asked front desk when I was checking out and I was offered snacks, which is not equivalent to not being able to shower or bath. Very disappointed with my over all experience.

Nice property that has seen a fair amount of use but is well maintained. Great room and bathroom. Pretty good complimentary breakfast. Professional staff. Thanks, I'm staying again soon.

Great customer service

I'll start by saying that we stay here at least 6 times a year. This is a very safe, friendly, clean property with good "extras" (parking, breakfast) that their competitors sometimes charge you for. The only complaint - the wear and tear on some parts of the room furniture is not what you should endure when you are paying market prices.

We will stay here again. Marco and his team will get it together.

We booked this stay based on its ratings. We were disappointed to find this hotel outdated and well worn. Carpet was dingy, hallways had an odor and furniture in the room appeared old. The couch in our room had faux leather trim that was peeling terribly. Overall made us feel gross.
